Pirate night is going to be the Day 5 when we are in Cabo. That night for dinner you have the option of dressing up in your best Pirate attire. You can go all out decked from head to toe like Jack Sparrow or you can chose not to dress at all, no matter what you decide you will not feel out of place as people chose to both ALL out and NOTHING at all and everything in between. That night following dinner there will be a deck party that will include music, dancing and tons of surprise character appearances, all of which will be followed by a firework show. The only of its kind since Disney is the only cruise ship that has the authorization to do fireworks at sea.
Palo is the adults only restraunt on board the ship they offer Dinner, Brunch and High Tea. It is an extra cost but for the experience and the food quality it is well worth it.

Dinner: $20 dining charge, per person
Brunch: $20 dining charge, per person
High Tea: $10 dining charge, per person
Brunch and High Tea are only available on at sea days and Dinner is available on all nights. Reservations fill up fast so I would suggest booking anything that is available just so you can at least try it once.....you can always canx later or once you are onboard the ship if you decide to do so. I would also suggest that you book Dinner on a night that is NOT formal night or semi formal night just so you can sit and have dinner as a whole family on these nights.
In case you did not read the previous post about what nights is what here it is again.......AGAIN I hope this all helps.....I remember what it was like to be a newbie....
Formal - Day 2
Pirate - Day 5
Semi Formal - Day 6
