Glad to see everyone had fun posting today.

I got the birth certificate from my brother today. We had a huge day of DS's flag football in AM, Space Center Houston (afternoon), and the Houston Astros game (tonight). DD7 went to game with the boys tonight (usually just me and DS10). DS10 and I spent entire game explaining baseball to her and she had a blast. Once she understood why things were happening she started having fun.

DS10 and I are going to be missing the Astros as the last week of baseball season goes on during our cruise. Tonight was our eighth game of the year and we are undefeated since the one loss on opening day. I know Astros benefit from having us there. Hope they can make the playoffs without us!

After spending my time in the last week looking for a suit I will rarely wear again, I made decision to rent my tux. Has anyone else done this now or before? Will probably wear it as a regular suit with one of my ties for semi formal night. At least now I don't have to pack a suit...yea!

Those tracking maps for TD#18 have got me all riled up. Not because it affects the cruise but our ability to get from Texas on Friday to the cruise. TD#18 looks like it is making a direct path toward me in Houston area. I really don't need to do hurricane prep as we get ready to leave town. ugh! Well it looks like it may go more toward Texas/ Mexico border region. If it stays a category one as long as it moves pretty quickly, we should be ok. Go south... go south!

BTW bought Dramamine improved no drowsiness formula yesterday- just in case.

The toes are done, a big THANK YOU SISTEROO!!! My sister is the best, she paid for my deluxe pedicure. I felt like a wet noodle after getting it done. I was ready for a nice long nap.

Yup, I slept in this morning til 5:50AM. Had some down time and tried to not look at my house.

I just realized how much I'm going to miss my beast of a cat. Thank goodness my next door neighbor is going to take care of him.

David, will probably post a real gross pic of moi today. I created a special hat for this occassion and I'm willing to let Deanna and Julie show it off for the accessories to their clothes line. I'm sure this hat will look much better on them then me.

Princess Oliva, looking forward to meeting you. Hanson, not to far. How were rates for Jet Blue? We got a wonderful deal.

Larry, you are not the early morning poster, I think TX is three hours behind, so in East Coat time it really was 11:09PM. So sorry you lost. It has to be posted during East Coast time in order to win. Please check Admendment to Rule 13..........

Julie, I think I posted a special prayer for Erin regarding her daughers. I have plenty of duck tape, velcro and chairs. I may have to switch this prayer over to you.....

Okay you guy are out of control I had to read almost 5 pages.

DiDi - I didn't expect to win I got up late this morning.

I got my pedicure and nails done yesterday then I went to the princess party for my niece.

Today is cleaning house, some shopping, finish packing and watch the Pats game. Then maybe I will be able to come back and read more if DD lets me I do all my computers before she gets up.

I was going to do the couch train and musemue, but just going to do it on our own after the shoe shopping the exc. was going to be from 12-2:30 to close for me

SO SHOE HERE I COME But I think DD and DH will be with me but I will bring the duct tape in case they get out of control

Didi you will need to understand this during the cruise as we go into central time zone. Central time where 90% of Texas is including Houston is one hours less than eastern. Let me show an example.....

Last night at 1:09AM my time it was

2:09 AM Eastern (for cruise this is Port canaveral, Key West, and Castaway Cay)
1:09AM Central (for cruise this is Cozumel, and Grand Cayman (according to current time on Cayman web site))
12:09AM Mountain
11:09PM Pacific

Therefore I had first post of today...but who is counting among friends?

TD18 moved south of the predicted track last night. This is good for us in Texas, Castaway Cay, and Key West and not so good for Cozumel. If we can get that storm to track over Cuba it will weaken significantly over the land on Cuba.

Phillippe appeared too track as predicted which is fine for us as long as it stays where they think it will.

On a more somber note for impact to our cruise

Farther out in the Atlantic there is a low-pressure system well to west-southwest of the Cape Verde Islands. This system also has the potential to develop into a tropical cyclone over the next few days.

No more tropical waves nor low pressure systems!

As I am catching up on like 6 PAGES I realized I am behind...
Have only gotten just a few things packed,
washed a couple loads of clothes today!!!
Normally I am already packed and screaming at Eric
to get his stuff together. I guess I had better get with it!!!
Gosh I know he is missing me screaming at him

I am so ready to go!!! Hopefully the hurricanes will go
through before we leave so we won't have to worrry about them!
I guess I better pick up some don't feel woozie Drammamime
before we leave just in case!!!

Wow! Didi got stomped this morning! Go Larry! Go Marsha! Oops. I'm forgetting my sportsmanship again. Gee, Didi, I am so so so so so so sorry that you finally lost. It is just horrible.

Keri- I think the port opens at 10:30 a.m. But you don't board the ship until around 12:30 or so. Is this correct everyone?

Off to get daughter from a sleepover and then to church. I will pray extra this morning for the plane to not go down, and the hurricanes to stay away. Is that asking God for too much? I think not!

If you take a pillow case or photo mat board with sharpies
to Guest Services the first night of the cruise and leave it
with them the characters will sign it and return it to you
at the end of the cruise. HOW COOL IS THAT????
