Princess O: If your not "INSANE".....there are a few of us rational thinkers who were discussing walking at a more reasonable hour.....i think it was somewhere between 9am and 10am...

Didi, I could get a wheel chair and you could push me while you walk and I have my morning coffee....added cardio for you :rotfl2: :rotfl2: Of course you would have to come to my state room to retrieve me from my slumber

Kim,

Okay, I'll get you at 4:30AM!!!! :rotfl2: ;) I'll even provide you the coffee, just have that wheelchair ready girl!!! :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Didi :wizard:

Brother Wart Hog, I sympathize with your feline predicament -- we have two dogs (Gus & Ginger) who seem to go on crash diets every time we go off somewhere. They don't seem to stalk us quite as much as your Captain Hair-ball, but Gus has bloodied Season's nose once (he has a vicious headbutt attack).
Brother Wart Hog ~ Thanks for the sympathy from you and the other pet owners who are having a hard time leaving our furry quadrupeds behind. I guess at least we all know they'll be OK. A head butt... hmmmmm...
That sounds like the behavior of a Labrador retriever. :scratchin

Dennis ~ If you have roots in South Boston, does that mean you still have the Southie accent? :teeth:

Princess Olivia ~ You're on target about Didi's experience. It does sound like that friendliness and hospitality Bostonians are known for (not). :rotfl2:

Bill I know the feeling. Our 12yr old cat FREEKS out when the suitcases come out. Its like she knows what it means. We get the EVIL eye the entire time.

Kim ~ Sounds familiar. Barney's snubbing me now. :confused3

chemfur ~ Welcome to the thread. Didi and I have never done a Disney cruise either. I honestly don't know what to expect, but I love the ocean, good food, Disney, people, but not sandal shopping. I guess four out of five is OK. pirate:

Ingrid and Gringo ~ I look forward to meeting you after we've all flown to the southern latitudes. It will be very difficult to remember to call you Joyce and Darren, but I'll work on it. :teeth:

Kim ~ Safe traveling from the upper left coast to the lower right. how much air time is that? :teleport:

Gotta clean house now, literally. :moped:

time to strike up the band:
:Pinkbounc :jumping1: :dancer: :dancer: :rockband: :drinking1 :drinking1 :jumping3:

Everyone is super squirrely today!! I like it. That's what it's like in my brain most of the time! :teeth:

We will be at the Mickey pool directly after Parrot Cay lunch. We wore the swimming suits under our clothes last time and it worked perfectly. It was pretty much the only time my kids were in the pool because that darn Mickey pool gets NUTTY sometimes. They definitely hit their max. bather load on most days.. :scared:

Anyway, add my frozen drinkie to the line of frozen drinkies.

Oh, I don't know if this counts as starting our vacation early or not, but since our flight is early on Friday morning and we live a ways from the airport and I don't want to have to wake my 2 year old up at 3:30 am to leave for the airport- we are going to stay at a hotel near the airport tomorrow night. Feels like we are getting a jump start on vacation! :goodvibes I'll take it!

Its an ALL day affair. We are scheduled to leave Southern Oregon at 9:20am and don't arrive in MCO till almost 10pm. The actuall air time is around 7+ hours. Direct from SFO to MCO is 6+ hrs and we are 1 1/2hrs (flying time) from SFO.

I feel bad for kitty she starts getting all lovie when we get ready to go anywhere. But she has her Young Whipper Snapper (DD's cat) to keep her company :teeth: .....I think she finds her more of an annoyance than company thought :teeth: ....OOHHH Well they'll live. Better not Thrash my house while we're gone. She used to shredd toilet paper when ever we left her for even a few hours.
Our Pup gets a vacation at Grandpa's house, she loves to go there and chase Deer, Wild Turkey's, Elk.....etc.......a little afraid of the Wild turkeys though :confused3

Princess O - Yes Kim and I and I think someone else  ; whom shall from this day forward be referred to as the NORMAL dis'ers; :rotfl: were planning on power walking/working out around 9 - 10ish. :cool1: We'll finalize the details at PC or Deck 10 during sail away! K?

:drinking1
Frozen Drinkie? :drinking1 Did someone say frozen drinkie? One for each hand right?! :drinking: :drinking1 :drinking:

Elf out :teeth:

I was originally in for the normal walking hour, but I think I have changed my way of thinking about working out during the cruise. Pretty much decided against it!! :rotfl:

I would happily walk at 6:00 or 9:00. Depending on how many "frozen drinkies" I've had the night before :teeth: .
Which deck, 4? I hope I can pick all of you out from the crowds during the sail away!

Very good, Brother Wart Hog! According to the Humane Society, Gus is half Labrador Retriever and half Basset Hound. Yep, he's an odd looking mix indeed -- but we wouldn't trade him for the world.

Now Ginger, on the other hand, we have NO idea what she is. She literally showed up on our doorstep as a puppy one cold January morning.

This will be our third Disney cruise and our fourth overall. If other cruise lines treat you like royalty, DCL treats you like you're the KING... and "it's good to be the king." :rotfl:

Ah, yes, David. If anyone ventured into the linked reservations on the cruiseline site, my name is there! :goodvibes However, I'm sure no one has lost sleep over it. :rotfl:

Shall I do it, guys? Shall I officially introduce ourselves? (drum roll please)

Hi. My name is Joyce. I am 43 years old from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I work as a program secretary for a community college.
My husband is Darren. He is 41 years old. He is a boilermaker/welder.
Our daughter is Chantel...aka..Channi...aka Channi the bear. She is 6 years old and in Grade Two.

We are still Ingrid and Gringo at heart.

I was just thinking about something. How in the world are we going to carry on a conversation without our smilies??? Maybe I should get some flashcards and print out all the smilies, so we can hold them up while we talk. :rotfl:

I knew I was the last one to find out!! I don't think that I'll be able to remember Joyce. Ingrid is just ingrained in me now! ;)

Oh, that sounds perfect!! :goodvibes Gotta save my energy for sandal shopping. :cloud9:

Went to the doc today, $100+ later I'm feeling much better (not)! I've got nasal spray, a z pack, and some cough syrup! I'm all ready now! ;)

Well, I need to get these children on their homework!

Erin - I meant to ask you - did you get the autograph books done for the girls?

No, Baylee's got done, but not my girls! I have some stickers in theirs and if all else fails I will work on them in the car on the way down! I'm really getting panicked now. I guess I'll have to get off this computer and get to work! :teeth:
