Still working on that...probably won't happen now until after the holidays...

We had our yearly termite & moisture inspection today. He found an active water leak under our house. This wouldn't be so bad except it's on the wrong side of our home addition. There is no access for a person without cutting a bigger damn hole!! Argh!

Ok...what do you do when you are bored and work let you go home early ??? I left work at 11PM... went straight to Pathmark to grab some bread and milk... well... 30 minutes later.. I was driving home with 3 chicken breast split in 2 equals 6 pieces... 2 packs of nicely cut angus beef slices... 1 pack of turkey chops about 5 chops... some carrots... baby read potatoes, an apple, some cranberry bread, celery, pineapple slices and rosemary... Hmmm did you see bread and milk on the list ?? Ohhhh yeah.. I did not get what I came for... I got home at 12 midnight... turned the oven on... and started playing in the chicken... it is now 2:55AM and all is done... I have on my table... God only knows how many days I am going to be eating this Turkey chops cooked in rosemary and some seasoning and honey... I have stuffing made from the cranberry bread apple, celery and chicken drippings from the chicken breast.. I have a big tray of beef stew with baby potatoes and carrots, I made 4 pieces of the chicken breast roast in a pan with onion soup stock and some bay leaf...brownies and corn muffin... Ok I am going to sleep now... downloading pics at photobucket as we speak...



just waiting for the brown rice to be cook... which I can leave since it is cooking in the rice cooker... Ok folks.. sorry for big picture to lazy to resize it... this was 2 bird with one stone.. I am practicing using this camera I got for cheap... and also cooking to get me ready for bed... now am ready for that beauty rest... have a Great Turkey Day!!!​

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I'm too excited and the only one awake. I am currently in my office. I got my camera ordered from Best Buy and didn't even have to sit outside the store like the other crazy 20 people already there last night. Guess they should have looked online first!

Now, hopefully I can take some great pics of WDW!

Off to a Christmas Crafts Fair this afternoon with friends. Yippee!! Rarely buy anything, but it's so much fun to walk around, listen to the music, see everyone in their Christmas sweaters - too cute!
