There are some pretty good prices at Thomascook.com at the moment for Sept 2009 holidays so im tempted to book. However, I am aware that Disney will probably be offering free dining later in the year for Sept 2009.

Going on past experience, do travel agents bump up the price with the free dining?

Im unsure whether to book now and pay dining, or stick it out and see what its like with free dining. Any advice?

Personally I'd hold, Sep is a quieter month for Orlando and usually some good deals about, although maybe not as quiet as it was.
Saying that I don't know the price.

I would hang on too, especially if DDP is something that would be very worthwhile for you. September is a fairly quiet time and I found last year that the flights were very cheap last minute and we wished we had waited (I wanted to wait this year but heard that the California routes don't tend to go so cheap since they're primarily business rather than holiday destinations)
