I've been busy with the kids and our new schedules. It seems like I don't have enough time to post and when I do I feel so tired. There's always some thing to do. I've taken Leonor's spot of being the lurker on our thread.

Here the weather is turning into Fall and fast. It's foggy, 50 degrees, and everything outside is damp. I love it, however Mason is not loving it. We have to get him a sweater today so he will go outside.

Well I talked to Amanda last night. She and her DH had a wonderful day in Epcot and were looking forward to getting on the ship. As a matter of fact I would be willing to bet that she is getting on the ship right now!

Thanks, Taeja, I am in Palm Coast which is north of Daytona Beach in Central Florida. I am well out of harms way for this one. I just hope that Jennifer and Amanda are able to have a great time and are not affected too badly by Rita. I don't know when their CC days are.

Hi ladies! It's me from the Wonder! I haven't hooked up with Amanda yet... missed the DIS meet (again this year!) and couldn't find her room #! Our itinarary was modified twice. First we put our day at sea first (fyi it was very loverly yesterday!) then they delayed our arrival to Nassau (today should arrive around noon). The seas have been 13-20ft since about 10pm last night. I'm guessing at a good majority of the time on the 18-20ft side of things. My deck two window is VERY VERY close to the sea today. The spray (BIG spray) goes well above our window level and the churning ocean to almost the bottom of our window. We are in 2012 so that is forward port on the ship. DH & my 2 boys are sick in the room.... sigh.... It is raining and very overcast. Otherwise we have had a great sailing, other than me missing Amanda that is! Well off for now, may check in again later if this keeps up! TTFN!

Jennifer, in the churning Atlantic on the far side of the Bahamian islands (we went around the northern part of the islands and are on the back side of them now.

Thanks for posting, Jennifer, we were worried about you and Amanda. I am glad to hear that yesterday was nice for you but I was afraid that you would hit rough seas and rain. I hope that it clears up quickly and everyone is feeling better. I hope the rest of your trip is great. Say Hi to Amanda if you catch up with her! We'll keep our fingers crossed and pixie dust flying in hopes for better cruising weather for you!

Deja vu! (did I spell that right? ) Bring back memories of our modified itinerary last year trying to sail around hurricanes? Guess it will be another rainy stop in Nassau this year. I don't remember the seas being that high while we were cruising last year. If they were, that's the best part of remembering your vacation- you remember the highlights not the lowlights.
