Hi Everyone. I have no hope of catching up! Mike and I were in Decatur, GA this past week attending an Optical Network Switch class for work. It was a great class, but I didn't have free time on the 'puter to keep up with you all, and now I am 100 pages behind.
I did see the dining changes though, and you can add me to the list of folks who aren't that happy. I don't care about eating at Palo on Formal Night, but we have Palo brunch on Villains Night. And when we eat Palo brunch, we do not eat dinner. Oh well.
We did not sign up for any tastings with you kids, but I am going to see what the concierge is offering at our meet when we first board the ship. I am a little nervous about that though, as every time we've had that meeting, we get stuck with a total time hog of a family and we have to sit and wait forever. Or get the B team concierge who isn't even a concierge, but just has to help with the initial meeting. I want to say, "We are low maintenance! We just need to confirm our table for 2 at dinner, and maybe sign up for a tequila tasting. 2.6 minutes, promise! Just let us go first!" But I never have the gaul to do that. We get stuck behind the family with their entire cruise plans laid out and insist on reviewing every single detail with the concierge. Hmpphhh.

Yes, me too, Although I did like it when ap matched my formal dressOver the course of 10 DCL cruises, we have been in every restaurant on formal night, and to be honest....it made no difference to us. All seemed more formal for the night because the servers were all dressed as well. Being with the DIS friends is most important to us.![]()

Well done you!!
That's me too Angie. As for John, I bet he doesn't even know the restaurants are different!!![]()
