I need a boost today........although I lost 5 lbs last week, this week my loss was only 2 and a half....I'm really disappointed after trying so hard....still, a loss is a loss I suppose.

Well done Mandy You are doing really well. I am doing not so well. On the scales today in work I am heavier than before I went off with my hand. Not good. Since I came home I have eaten 6 cream biscuits .... also not good. I need to keep thinking " in 8 weeks you are going to be seen in a swimming costume so do something about it NOW "

Take heart - yes, a loss is still a loss. Don't get discouraged. In the past two weeks, you've managed to loss 7 1/2 lbs. That's amazing!

Since everyone is talking about tattoos....here is one that I got. This is not a picture of mine....my Mickey head is outlined (not solid) and I dont have as many stars. I love it tho!!!

Hmmmmm I wonder if I should post my tattoo ...since everyone is talking about body art hmmm maybe you would have to see it on FB though I am about 30 lbs heavier in the picture

As I said in a previous post, I save as Excel, then save as PDF and then convert PDF to PNG. I then upload PNG to photobucket and post IMG from photobucket. Hope this helps.

It was a great way to identify people in our group when we weren't wearing lanyards. At Castaway Cay, it was easy to approach people, "Hi, I see you're with the DIS group. Mind watching our stuff while we go into the water?"

Such a pain isn't it? When I was at WW about 7 years ago the men there lost weight so much quicker, and could have a whole load more points into the bargain!!! Something to do with all their extra muscle!!!

Rats, I guess it didn't work. Basically I just did a Blue version with our Dis name and my name on the back. If you go through mr. rebates they offer a rebate as well as Zazzle offers 30%off.
Search Mickey and T-shirts off the main page. you should see the MMC emblem on the list of choices.

FYI, I can not see the shirt as link takes me to a Zazzle.com sign in window.

Some one ran into me years ago when I stopped to let a car into traffic, It was pretty sore my neck for a few weeks, my car went to the scrap yard,
Whats happening with yours?

The rear of the car and right side have damage but it is drivable. I have an appointment with Adjuster on Tuesday so they can see damage. I assume it will just get fixed and we will pay deductible.

Sorry, havent got a clue.

For now, I am adding everyone I know as a contact until I get an answer from the technical board.
