Welcome Tom and Marilou!

Lorraine, Huge thank you!

on Passporter, they use to publish the book by deadline come heck or high water then post printable updates on their website and owners of the book would input a certain word on a certain page of the paper book to get access to the updates.

Jen and Dave have never posted that they had children other then Allie (maybe in her early teens now, Dave's Daughter) and Alexander still a pre-schooler. I wonder if it is one of the contributing editors that had family issues, but still get the book out and then do the updates like you have done for years. I have heard the delay was due to all the new infromation on the Dream and they wanted to include it, do it as an update passorter!

150 Days! OMGOSH I am never going to be ready, sigh....

Not sure if this has been posted anywhere - or if it valid in the US as well as the UK, however, Lonely Planet are giving away 15 city guides (they say due to the volcanic disruption and people being delayed). They are free for download until tomorrow and include Barcelona. They see on the app store that they are just for 4 days, but other websites are saying that once you have it they are yours for keeps.

I have downloaded all 15.

Lorraine

Thanks Lorraine. I got Barcelona. :goodvibes:goodvibes Hope I have enough room to get it on my phone. I might have to wait until I get the new iphone. Hopefully it comes out before September. :thumbsup2:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Here are a few pictures from the ATV excursion in St. Maarten for anyone interested in it.

Hi Pam,
Very nice excurtion pics. Do you remember the price? This would be something right up our alley!

Thanks for that! :thumbsup2

I almost missed Vancouver because it was on the second page! DUH!:headache:
(BTW, looks like there are two on Vancouver. One is free and one is not.

You can download it on itunes on your computer, and then just uncheck it so it won't sync to be on your iphone. So it's there.... in case you wanna put it on later. LOL
I did this to download all the free ones, but only put the barcelona one actually on my iphone. :)

Yes, I put on the Navigon navigator and it took up half my phone and drains my battery. But I no longer get lost when I go to unfamiliar places. :goodvibes

I had to uncheck almost everything except my Disney apps.:rotfl: in order to run it. I am determined to wait for the new launch in the summer. Between my new iphone, a couple few books on the iphone Kindle and my netbook, I think I'm electronically ready!! And now I have the Barcelona city guide. Thanks Lorraine. Life is good.:goodvibes

Hi all,

Here is the most recent list. I have made some additions and corrections. Feel free to PM me if you need to be added to the list(s) or if corrections need to be made.

Thanks,
Dorothy

Ah, the rest of the story! :worship:

Greetings everyone! I had originally hoped we'd be able to get the lanyard spreadsheet up on the website (and we will eventually, don't worry), but our webmasters are very busy, I think (imagine that---having full time jobs and real lives and all! :lmao:). Anyhow, I have found a way to link to the lanyards spreadsheet here in a post. So I am going to post a link to the lanyard list at the END of this post---this will be a detailed message/post so please read the whole thing!!:thumbsup2

Please open the link at the end and take a look at the list to help me check for accuracy. Please send me a PM on here with any changes or corrections you need. So as you are looking over the list, keep the following things in mind:

1.) The list is in alphabetical order by DIS Screenname. If there are multiple people in your traveling party with different DIS names, they are listed alphabetically under their OWN DIS name (not yours) so look at the list thoroughly. If there is only one DIS name for a group, then all names are listed sequentially with that one DIS name.

2.) Please make sure you are ON the list in the first place. If you feel like you ordered lanyards but you don't see yourself listed, let me know and I'll make sure you get added.

3.) Please check for the accuracy of your DIS name: make sure it is spelled right and that the caps and punctuation are the way you want it to appear on your name badges.

4.) Please make sure that the person who actually USES the DIS name is listed first in your party. The reason for this is that on the name badges, the primary user of the DIS name will have their DIS name printed beneath their name. All other people in your party will have that DIS name printed beneath their name but in parentheses and a different color. (Note: This will help so when people see me and my name is ERIK with the DIS name tig82174 under it...they'll know me. When they see Jason, my DP, they'll see his name JASON with MY screenname under in parentheses (tig82174). People will be able to see his nametag and say, "OH, you're traveling with tig82174...yadda yadda..." :thumbsup2)

5.) Please make sure that the first names of everyone in your party are spelled correctly the way you want them to appear.

6.) Please make sure that the stateroom is correct. If your party is staying in multiple staterooms, I ONLY WANT ONE STATEROOM FOR YOUR WHOLE GROUP. (If I bring all 10 of your lanyards to that one room I will assume that whoever is in that room can distribute the lanyards to all 10 people in their party in whatever rooms they're in).

7.) If no stateroom is listed and you have a room # now, please send it to me. If you are still GTY, please send me your room # as soon as you have it.

8.) Check to make sure your B2B status is correct. If you are doing the B2B with the last Med cruise, there should be a "yes" in that column. If you are ONLY on the WBTA then that column should be left blank/empty.

(FINAL NOTE: If you see someone on the list who you KNOW FOR SURE has dropped off the cruise, please PM me and let me know. We don't want to waste time and money ordering lanyards for folks who won't be on the trip with us! ;))

OK, so now that you understand what I need from you, to visit the spreadsheet in its most current format, click HERE.

Erik, this link is not working for me. It gives me an error and redirects me to google spreadsheet and wants me to enter an id and passord.

eek! remind me not to put navigon navigator on my phone. LOL

You''ve prepared yourself with books on the iphone kindle huh? ME TOO!
Now I just have to control myself not to read the SK one, until the trip.... it's hard to resist- but I need something that won't bore me to tears on the flight! LOL

Erik, did you make the spreadsheet a shared/public document or is it a private item? I have been using google docs and have been very happy with them, lovin' the new forms options.

I'm working on making it a shared document now.

OK...for those of you who might have tried to view the lanyard spreadsheet earlier and it wasn't working, it is NOW functional. You will be able to view the spreadsheet but you cannot make any edits yourself...so make sure you send me any changes you need.

My original post with the directions and the links to the spreadsheet is Post #249. You can be linked to the post directly by clicking here.
