My agent. (and probably the agent of quite a few of our cruisemates)

.

Sorry to sound daft but do you mean an agency has it? Or an individual? And is the plan for it to be used by the agency/person or to offer it to reserve?

The individual has the stateroom booked for his family to go on the cruise.

.

Do you chuck bras as well?

I am going to go out on a limb and admit that when Stephanie and I did our four parks in one day, we took a set of very old clothing. Our plan was that one of the three major rides in AK was Kali Rapids. We changed into the old clothing, got very wet, changed back into dry clothing and threw the whole bag of very wet, very old clothing away. :lmao:

Formal/semi formal: I think I will just take one little black dress and call it good. No one will notice, right? Or care?:)

Just take a few shawls and change them up. That would make sense to me. :goodvibes

Mini scavenger hunt sounds cool. If you need any help give me a shout as love organising things like this. I think we did one on the 11 night Southern Caribbean cruise we were on and it was great fun, oh and the EBTA in 2007.

Also I suggested a Room Tour which I organised on the WBTA in 2007. It was great cause we got the Roy Suite as well as a mix of different Cabins to go around. People were really good and the Suites put on nibbles for us. We had about 25-30 people trapsing through the ship. This was great fun so hopefully we can sort something similar. If anyone wants to volunteer to show their room Ill collect names for now or we could sort nearer the time? I'm hoping we have a Roy/Walt suite'r out there lol.

As for the Lanyards - Eric & Jason are collating it and I know they've been mega busy. I emailed them about putting the rest of my family on the list about 2 months ago and have yet to hear back so hopefully they are keeping on top of this.

Scrapbook class sounds like fun. Could be a good suggestion definately.

Oh and secrete Mickey - as said the web super woman is moving house I believe and was on vacation before then so hopefully she'll get that up to date when she's sorted.

Hi Sarah,

Thank you for the great information! :yay:I have marked it all down. I won't get to stressed until January. :lmao: Also we wanted to form our own team for gift exchanges. would that also the web super woman too?

With regards to the mini nav, I didn't see anyone offer so that was I did. I was just going to use Linda's mini nav outline.

We were also on the EBTA May 2007. I wonder if we met? Did you do the WBPC May 2008 too?

The room tours I love! I believe I know who is in the Roy suite. Let me double check my resources and will you know. When we did the room tour, we started on either deck 1 or 2 and worked our way up to the 8th Floor. Basically, closing each room down as we went:drinking1:

We have some great ideas for the scavenger hunt. We are doing the double dip in Nov 2009, and were going to do a dry run with our friends the unsuspecting souls they are.:lmao:

Back to just being a stay at home mom! Karen
I might be interested in the scrapbooking class. Never did one before. Would also be interested in the room tours. and scavenger hunt.

That would be very pleasant to have the Walt Suite for our cruise! What a nice treat for the family!

I think Im just tossing the undies in a restroom instead of our bathroom!:lmao:

We're looking into new luggage, our are great shape but are heavy(about 14lbs) unpacked.:scared1:

Im very intrested in a scrapbook class!! And room tour: we have a cat 4.
And add both DH and I for the 5k on CC.:tiptoe:

Ok... so I'll plan for 2 formal and 2 semi formal nights! I love dressing for dinners:woohoo:

Ann

Add me to the list. I would love to do the 5K too.:thumbsup2

Excellant.
As a 2hr.34min marathon runner many years ago I would really like this.
I have not run for years now ( working too many hours ) and have got out of the habit, this would give me the push hopefully, although DW and I do try to get out on our bikes when we can.

On flights to Barcelona, flights from Newcastle with B.A.( good baggage allowance ) were coming in at £72 but had to go to Heathrow then bus to Gatwick, no problem done it before, noticed that B.A. have changed the 2nd leg to depart from Heathrow later this year. Great ,no bus transfer, then I checked the price ......£242 :scared1: looks like it is going to be Easyjet and pay for excess bags.

Waiting for Nov for Trans-Atlantic prices to be released, :surfweb: hope they are kinder to us.
As a 2hr 34 mn marathon runner I am not sure you are allowed:confused:

esp coming from 2hr 14min half marathon runner!!!
That's impressive!

Woody

I agree woody, very impressive!

Formal/semi formal: I think I will just take one little black dress and call it good. No one will notice, right? Or care?:)
Neither, I am sure you will be gorgeous.
I think DH might be up for the 5K especially as he is barred from it for our upcoming cruise in October. He is doing the 10K Race for the Taste from Wide World of Sports and through Hollywood Studios and Epcot the day we get off the ship and his personal trainer has prescribed two rest days before race day.

I would be up for a scrap booking class. I have been meaning to get started on scrap booking for years and this might just be the incentive that I need.

I am hoping for two formal nights. I bought a second evening gown this year and I would love to take them both. I love dressing up.

I am really excited that the 2011 itineraries will be released in September. Rumour has it that booking will open in early October. If this is correct, we may well be on the Magic when booking opens. That means a nice discount and OBC for the Wonder Repo Cruise.

Corinna
They weere released last year when we were ont the magic, HUGE lines to book a cruise, what a hassle, in the end we ended up not booking till we got home, which seems silly, but didnt want to waste my holiday in line.
I will have to pick his brains, see what he think of running in disney, I want to do a disney marathon in 2011.My personal trainer kicks me out bed every am.:rotfl2:

Just wondering what hotel to book through Disney the night before the cruise. We have booked Disney air and think we will try to avoid the red-eye flight and come in early. Any info would be great.. anyone booked a red-eye before ?
Whats a red eye?

Ann

This is great! also I love to dress for dinner.

Dont even get me started about ones husbands undies:snooty:

I will probably just re use last years cruise dresses.
I bought 2 chinese dresses from ebay that are nice and light and you can roll them which makes them easy to pack.
I just LOVE my formal dress so will not make any apologies for rewearing it.
I say it again girls, its the shoes, its the shoes, I cant help it, I just have to take them.
I think it was because after not being into fashion for 10 humungas years I finaly found clothes and shoes.:guilty:
Must not buy shoes! I tell myself that ALL the time.

Any bodyfancy running the 5k on castaway cay?:yay:

Sarah why are you selling your pink ball gown?

LOL no way to the 5k. Far too unfit for that.

As for the ball gown, by pink its almost illuminous! My mum got it off ebay for her not realising the colour then it got dumped on me. I may keep the black one or I may just get rid of both - depends on if I can work out a way to remove the large flower on the side of the black one.

Hi Sarah,

Thank you for the great information! :yay:I have marked it all down. I won't get to stressed until January. :lmao: Also we wanted to form our own team for gift exchanges. would that also the web super woman too?
Yep its her again lol she's doing a lot!
With regards to the mini nav, I didn't see anyone offer so that was I did. I was just going to use Linda's mini nav outline.
LOL that's what we did on the WBTA too so sounds good to me. All we added was "a day in Disney life" with facts each day about Disney which I think wasn't in Linda's
We were also on the EBTA May 2007. I wonder if we met? Did you do the WBPC May 2008 too?
We probably did. Was it Linda that organised that lovely pre-cruise meet in was it Old Key West? We went to that before the cruise. I'm rubbish with names though so appologies if the name's wrong! Didn't do the WBPC unfortunately as couldn't get on. So glad I got this one though.

Thats what we did too. I made treasure type maps for everyone which I might try to post somewhere for people to see. On one side it had the room number incase people got lost and the other a cryptic description of how to get to the room. Even rolled them like scrolls and left them for people the day before the tour.
We have some great ideas for the scavenger hunt. We are doing the double dip in Nov 2009, and were going to do a dry run with our friends the unsuspecting souls they are.:lmao:

Back to just being a stay at home mom! Karen

Sounds like the scavenger hunt is going to be fantastic lol

A room tour !!!!!
We dress our rooms up for everybody coming, :yay:sounds great.

It was great fun last time! Especially fun if you have only cruised in 1 or 2 different cabin numbers. Had never seen a porthole room until then or the suites! It was great to have a look around them all

They still do a flight from Gatwick too. It may be that the Heathrow one is more expensive. Any way of looking at going Gatwick route?

I'm waiting for the TA too!

Whats a red eye?

Disney would have us flying the night before and arriving early am the day of the cruise. We have always come in the day or 2 before...This is how Disney is arranging air to Barcelona..

A red eye is generally a late night/over night flight. Most European flights are over night so red-eyes.

Question cruisers. Anyone noticed this little note on all the shore excursions now?

All Shore Excursion tickets are non-refundable and pricing is subject to change without notice.

Does this mean that they can double the price of your shore excursion and you have nothing you can do about it or am I going mad - I am tired today so its quite possible

Oh and on a side note - I move jobs on the 7th September so very excited as only found out today!!!!

I say it again girls, its the shoes, its the shoes, I cant help it, I just have to take them.
Any body fancy running the 5k on castaway cay?:yay:

Shoes are the killer for me too - the only way round it is to buy all clothing in one colour and then you would only need that colour shoes (I think not !) I am thinking to pack shoes in hand luggage to keep the weight of the checked baggage down!

DH might be up for the 5K - I will watch and take photos!

We have some great ideas for the scavenger hunt. We are doing the double dip in Nov 2009, and were going to do a dry run with our friends the unsuspecting souls they are.:lmao:

This sounds really interesting and great fun!

Formal/semi formal: I think I will just take one little black dress and call it good. No one will notice, right? Or care?:)

Of course no one will notice - we have THE PACT right! Plus different accessories = different outfit! :woohoo:

Oh and on a side note - I move jobs on the 7th September so very excited as only found out today!!!!

Good luck with your job move Sarah

Gizmo Sarah, I never noticed that but it will be a bit scary booking something if that is the case, license to print money?

Angel like sarah, not sure that my shoes would be allowed in hand luggage, leathal weapon and all.

I am going to pm all the 5k people so I can mind all who is doing it( so no one can wriggle out:rotfl:

Thanks Sarah.

Oh and wear your heaviest shoes on the plane and take your second heaviest into your hand luggage.

LOL to the leathal weapon! They probably wouldn't even notice! I took a pair of scissors accidentally once and did the scanner notice no! Yet in 07 my mums tiny perfume had to be examined in the spray box
