When it comes up with the print box after you do file and print make sure it says "fit to printable area" this should then ensure (assuming your printer is set to A4 size pages) that it prints on A4

Have had a rubbish afternoon with major hiccup with dd...........:sad2:

I'm beginning to think I shouldn't be going on this holiday and should be staying at home to keep an eye on her :sad1: I just really need this break though.......and Mark even more so :rolleyes1

Someone get me out of here please and tell me everything will be ok while I'm away! :headache:

:littleangel:

Everything will be alright! :grouphug:

All you need is faith, trust and a little bit of pixie dust! :wizard:

See you soon!!
Lisa Marie

Take a deep breathe everyone. We are all going to make it. When you're feeling bad, just think it could be worse. I'm at work today and leave Thursday AM. You could be like me and still have to finish your FE before you even begin to pack and leave. :lmao: yeah, right!

Mandy, I know it is hard, but you really need this time away. Maybe Becky will do well when you are gone because she knows you are not right around the corner. Mark and you need this time - you better NOT back out. I need my hug. Give Becky tons of hugs and love, like I know you do - just think how refreshed you will be to come back and be with Becky.

Darn TSA! Just tried to check in for our flights, and I wasn't able to check everyone in online. The USAir rep said it was because someone in my party was flagged by the TSA. My 3yr old DD was flagged before our cruise in December so we had to check her in in person at the airport, so I'm assuming she's been flagged again. Who flags a 2 or 3yr old as a security risk?

Life is kind of funny....you plan and plan and plan and when you think things are just right something or somebody throws a monkey wrench in and changes everything.....we booked this 2 years ago with the thought that maybe we will do the cruise and maybe not....so it was a go and we decided to go for it and cruise....along the way we have had bumps in the road but we dealt with them....anyway....DW went to the foot doctor yesterday since her foot has been giving her grief....so now she has to wear a boot on the foot since she has bad tendenitis in the foot....so we are flying for over 8 hours and cruising for 14 night s with the boot.....it is just one of the things that makes life interesting......
So...to all that has spent hours and hours working on all the tastings, navigators.....pins....t-shirts.....tours....transportation....jewelry classes.....tours....and anything I have forgotten....may I say thank you to you.....I know the effort it takes to organize things with a lot of people and sometimes you just cannot make everybody happy....but you did!
To all traveling today and the next few days may you have a happy and safe journey.....may God be with you!
Tom & Marilou

No worries, she'll still be on vacation!!! Becky (Reanst sp???) broke her foot a few days before the PC cruise in '08. She had a boot, crutches and wheelchair, but she was still found in Rockin' Bar D everynight.

Grrrr I just noticed I have a conflict with martini tasting 1 have Dis ladies tea at 3:00 :sad2:

Have no idea how I missed this.

It was easy to miss. Sue and I exchanged many a PM over it. The original schedule had the martini tastings on the 26th and 27th, then in the reshuffle around some other things, they ended up on the 25th and 26th. At that time, Martini 1 (from the original schedule) became Martini 2 which is what created some confusion for us. Sue and the concierge have done an awesome job getting these all arranged, and it's probably never an easy task. Unfortunately the time makes it a bit too close for comfort on the 25th. Perhaps they'll send the rest of your martini tastes up to Palo for you if you have to leave it in the middle, but I'm hopeful you can work it out.

Bring on the Mickey gloves!!!

250px-Mickey_Mousesvg.png

My son is planning on bringing the Mickey gloves he purchased on our last cruise on this one assuming we can find room for them. So he'll be able to give you all a "high 4"!

In proper Spanish (I'm not good with slang), it would be "Por favor, llévame a la terminal C en el puerto de cruceros, por la Disney Magic." I don't know about Catalan, but the Spanish should work even if English doesn't!

Thankful. I'm of course hoping the valet at the Le Meridian can tell them where we need to go for us!

Address to the port is on the inside of the back cover of our Disney Documents. I wrote it out on a 3x5 card and will hand it to the driver. I did the same for the address to our hotel for when we get to Barcelona.

Rene

Great idea!

So much to do and so little time to do it all!

I am REALLY hoping that the Disney Store will not need me tomorrow or Wednesday nights - I need the time to finish packing and getting everything together. Though with my luck, they probably will!

Just curious. Does your store sell white or glow in the dark vinylmations?

I'm right there with you!

Doesn't sound that bad of a change. I imagine they were flooded with folks like ourselves who switched rotations because of the previous change. Unfortunately, this means our 2nd choice (LAP) may now be our first choice over the PLA rotation previously requested.

Shame we won't be there the full time to enjoy it. Aren't we scheduled for an early departure from Tortola?

Yep. Before sunset.

But don't say C like "see" or it will sound like "si" which is yes in Spanish. Say it "seh" or "say".

You might want to ask them about this. There is a way to get a redress number. This is from the TSA website:

TSA Secure Flight and You

Beginning in mid-2009, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will require you, when making a reservation, to provide your full name, date of birth and gender as it is shown on the identification document that you plan to present at airport security check-points. This information is not optional. The purpose of collecting this information is to allow TSA to perform terrorist watch list matching that is currently being done by each airline. Failure to provide the required elements in advance could: (1) inhibit your ability to get a boarding pass either at home or at the airport until the information has been provided; and, (2) require you to undergo additional airport security screening.

A Redress Number

If you have a name similar to or the same as a name on the current terrorist watch list, and have experienced secondary security screenings at airports, you will have the option of preventing this in the future by providing your Redress Number at the time of booking. A Redress Number is a unique number that helps TSA eliminate watch list misidentification. To apply for a Redress Number go to:
http://www.tsa.gov/travelers/customer/redress/index.shtm.

Tips for Travelers

- When making reservations, give the travel agent your full name, date of birth and gender. Also provide your Redress Number if you have one.
- While not all reservation systems have been programmed yet to accept all Secure Flight data elements such as date of birth, gender and Redress Number, you should begin making reservations using your full name and, when applicable, provide your date of birth and gender. All data elements should match exactly the ID you plan to present at the airport. For example, if your state-issued driver’s license lists your name as Anthony Q Public, then your reservation must be booked as Anthony Q Public, not Tony Q Public or A. Quinn Public. If your full middle name is on the ID, you must include your full middle name in the reservation.

- Verify your name on your frequent traveler profiles. If you signed up for frequent traveler programs using a nickname or a name other than your name as shown on your identification, you should contact each frequent traveler program to update your name to match Secure Flight’s full name requirement. For example, frequent traveler program participant Tony Q Public should update his frequent flyer profiles to Anthony Q Public so that he does not jeopardize receiving credit when traveling under his full name as required by Secure Flight.

- If you use your state-issued ID card for some trips and your passport for other trips, check to see if the names match exactly, as passports often include full middle names and a state issued ID cards may only include a middle initial. If the names do not match exactly, for each trip you must remember to use the name format of the identifying document that you plan to use.
- Be sure to bring your valid government-issued documentation when flying.
For information on ID Requirements for Airport Checkpoints go to http://www.tsa.gov/travelers/airtravel/acceptable_documents.shtm.
- Visit TSA.gov for updates on Secure Flight.

It worked after i set the printer to A4 format.

Thanks for making the navigator.

I did have a look and asked dh for you Ruth, but we have something planned for that day...sorry!:confused3

:littleangel:

Thank you for trying I know it is pretty late I can not believe I did not see it earlier when I checked.

You really need this vacation. So go on it.

Yes that makes no sense. Big hugs.

THANKS to everyone that responded to my rant. I really thin that I was so tired, that by the time I read the teachers note, and then dealt with the 13 year olds attitude the change in dining was just the last straw. To Paul (I think) I have never turned down a drink of the day!

I ended up laying in bed trying not to kill my teenager, shed a few tears and fell asleep - fully dressed in my work clothing. UUGH! Underwires are not meant to be slept in. Yeah, I dod go there.

So This morning, I got huge kid hugs and things are OK. We moved our dining rotation again, I printed up 10 extra copies of the navigator and 50 copies of the master listing. I admittedly have checked out of work - and my boss pointed that out to everyone... I really detest that man, and will be glad when he is no longer my boss... The to do list is down to finish packing the barcelona bags, getting singles at the bank, and making a decision with ATT about international data and texts. After these last couple of things it is all about a mani/pedi for me and taking out the trash for Glenn, grabbing the kids from schools, turning the AC off and locking doors...

Car service is picking us up at 2pm tomorrow, so I am sure we will find time to pop in this evening and then again tomorrow morning.

For all those leaving this afternoon / early evening - SAFE TRAVELS MY FRIENDS! We will see you all in Spain!! (or at the Airport for thos that are on the 5:55 our of Atlanta!)

Everybody a safe trip to Europa, and see you on the Magic.

We have to work tomorrowand then we have vaction:banana::banana::banana::banana::banana:

We will leave friday to Barcelona.

Connie

Safe travels Connie :woohoo:

DS had his ingrown toenail worked on this morning. I have never seen this kid more excited to go to the doctor. He's been looking forward to it for days now. I told him how everyone on here was telling me that you feel so much better once its been taken care of. I sent him to school today even though they suggested he take it easy. I just couldn't justify missing another day of school so close to the cruise.

I have no idea how long he's been suffering from this, but that piece of nail they took out was huge, like its been digging in there for years. Poor kid, no wonder he was in so much pain.

I am about 2/3 packed now. And surprised myself, looks like we will only be checking in 3 bags. I thought we'd need 2 each, but looks like we will check in 3, have 1 carryon plus a personal item (backpack) for each of us.

FE gifts are done. Still working on magnets and still working on finsihing DS's costume. But other than that and putting everything in the last bag, I can now see light at the end of the tunnel.

Will not be able to do much tonight. We are taking my brother out for his 50th birthday. Its actually on Thursday, but the family agreed to celebrate early so DS and I could join in. Its great to be included, but now I lose out on packing time. Oh well, I foresee another 2am bedtime tonight.

SAFE TRAVELS to all.....last one standing, don't forget to turn out the lights.

... The to do list is down to finish packing the barcelona bags, getting singles at the bank, and making a decision with ATT about international data and texts.

Have you gotten the rates yet? Its $5.99 to add World Traveler and it will take about $0.30 off per minute in each of the countries. Most will be $0.99 per minute but Portugal was something like $1.39. Text is $0.05 incoming (and I think there might have been something about it being included in your regular text plan if you have one) and $0.50 outgoing.

Ruth,,,,,Stephanie and I are doing both the Tea and Martini tasting so we would not be able to switch with you. Hope you can find someone to help you out:goodvibes

Thanks for the rates... I found world traveler - and we are signing my phone up for that (mine has to stay on due to my mother). I was looking for the Cellular at Sea - but can't find it on line. I also can't seem to find what international data and text will be as I have unlimited data and text now... ::sigh:: they are not easy to reach, so I will sit on hold for them while driving home...
