Morning. No camcorder decision yet. My dad is fine -- they are staying at his girlfriend's sister's house Alexandria, Louisiana. His girlfriend's house is in Carriere MS (just outside of Picayune) -- abt 35 miles from N.O. I don't know what the situation is there, other than a lot of trees down, 60% of homes damaged from the winds, etc. don't know if they are in the path of the flood or not. In any event, they are safe.
I think I'll call my TA abt docs today. I was sorta giving her a break after the early seating panic last week.
Christal, I love your joke. My sense of humor, for sure. Lisa -- you are brave to try to catch up with the posts. It's overwhelming and I try to check daily.
Gas has now gone up from $2.41 Monday night to $2.89 this morning. I heard the administration is going to release some of the strategic oil reserve. I'm afraid of heating bills this winter. Seems like inflation is afoot!

Thank goodness my husband's key to my car was here!
My prayers are with them.
I mean, I heard from Disney a week ago. She probably has had my docs for a week now, too.
I am going to call her. Next time I think we will cut out the middle man and book direct.
Here I thought I'd be paid to sit & read up on my vacation!!

Sorry Lisa!!!!! Duh! I love your day! You should work from home on Fridays too (and Mondays and Tuesdays and......)
We need a cap on the gas prices. I know they were saying that prices would probably go down after Labor Day, but that was before Katrina (boo!), now who knows when they'll go down.
