We are sailing on the Dream with all of you and are doing the fish extender exchange. I was wanting to have some magnets for the doors made and was wondering if anyone could tell me who I could contact for that. I have seen really cute magnets when we have been on the Magic and Wonder and thought it would be a cute exchange. Thanks for any help.

This is the worst spring ever! Cloudy, gloomy, cold and rain almost daily with no end in sight. Should be grilling out but I am still using my crock pot. Where is the warmth and sunshine that David promised to send up here?

We don't have it any better down here in "southern" Ohio. Just let my scotty dogs out and it is still raining and now it is thundering. We could sure use some warmth and sunshine. I keep looking at my cruise pics and hoping we will have great weather on our cruise.

HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!!

My Daughter, who was away in Toronto and Barrie for the past week, came home last night.
My DS7 wrote DH and I the most Beautiful of letters yesterday, it made me cry and hug him and not want to let go!! We stayed up late last night, he and I, making egg shaped rice crispie treats and chocolate cupcakes. DH today is cooking the turkey we are having for dinner tonight with the inlaws. The Easter bunny snuck in like Santa and left some treats for the boys. After breakfast there will be an Egg hunt. Thats our tradition I was ready to NOT do this year, but DS7 mentioned it the other day and I thought, "uggghhh, ok guess I can't let that one go yet". As long as they share the loot with me, I'll happily hide all the treats for them to find Last year we had that hunt outside, but this year, although not raining today, it IS COLD out there. Though thats not going to stop DS7 from getting out there with his new Basketball the Easter Bunny brought.
I hope everyone else here has a GREAT day! Right now I'm off to make our BIG breakfast (Waffels, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, fruit and OJ)

Been awhile since I have been on here, was missing everyone! The hubby and I just returned from a trip to Jamaica with friends - awwww great times and great memories!

I am sooo excited to be on this Disney Dream Cruise with friends as well! They are newbies to Cruising and to Disney! They will be bringing their almost 2 at the time son, and I can not say how excited we are to share our love of DCL with them :

Do we have an update yet on about how many are involved in the FE? I want to start on my 'goodies'

Just wanted say hi to ya'll.

I have been working way too much. Ol' bossman took a couple of days off of work this week. So I had to change my schedule to cover for him while he was off. But it all worked out for the better for me. Now I am off work until next Wednesday!!!

And, DW was sick most of last week. She missed 3 days of work. Well, she is now on the mends, and I now have what she had!!! My Mom always told me it is nice to share..................but something tells me she was not talking about sharing your germs with everyone!!!! I guess I will be trying to get better during this mini vacation I am now having. Oh well, it could be worse, I couls be sick and still have to go to work!!!

I have a question for the Virginia and Maryland folks:
Will you be driving or flying? Since this will be our first cruise since relocating to VA, we are not sure yet if we want to drive or fly. Thanks! I hope everyone has a super great week!

Hey Tina, glad to see you here again!! From your area I think it's about 13hours of driving time. The last time we drove, I thouroughly enjoyed the drive from Virginia to FL. Especially liked stopping in for Fresh OJ at the FL border!!! Compare Flight costs to driving. If you were to leave at something like 5a.m. and if your little guy would sleep for the first bit, is easily entertained with movies, handheld game system and travel games, you could easily drive right through and still arrive in daylight hours, have a goodnights rest that night and ready to begin the next part of the vacation the next day. Very doable. If I weren't travelling alone with my son this time, We would be driving. OR if my DH had informed me of his plan to get me a new van BEFORE I bought the plane tickets, I would have talked myself into driving (assuming that from Virginia, I would have help driving via Sherri).
I found my plane tickets VERY expensive, and vow to never fly from here again unless my tickets were FREE to me.
I'll warn you though, when driving, the drive back HOME again, is VERY depressing LOL.

Welcome to all the newbies!

We are in Kansas, and we always fly down the day prior and stay at the Radisson at the Port, and enjoy the day at Ron Jon's and Coco Beach.

I am so looking forward to this cruise! Our 15yr old daughter does not know about this cruise yet... but we will be traveling with our friends and 1st time cruisers - this will be a good time!

I have been spending lots of time checking out the FE boards, trying to come up with some fun creative FE Gifts... but I am quickly realizing that I am not creative and many many DISers have lots and lots of great talent and creativeness. So I am going to have to get the creative juices flowing.....
