Ok...so apparently I did jump the gun kinda early on posting when my cruise this year was a "Maybe" instead of a definite "Yes"....

...yesterday I was laid off from my job. So my "maybe" has turned into a "no" until further notice. Bummer. It would've been nice to sail with all of you.

Ladyj0212, like everyone on here has said, I am so sorry to hear you got laid-off from your job. Been there..............done that................don't want to do it again. We all will keep our fingers crossed that you will be able to find another job pretty fast and still be able to join us on this cruise.

Well everyone, I'm back. I was down for a couple of days there with NOT the flu. At least that is what ol' doctor saw bones told me. Just had flu like symptoms. Is it just me...........I don't know about you but if you have flu like symptoms.............I would think you have the flu!!! Well any way, I'm feeling better today. And will get better tomorrow. I still look the same though............that didn't change any!!!!

I am only a part of the way through reading this thread, but my fiance and I are in the process of booking this cruise for our honeymoon! We are getting married at WDW and we are having a week "familymoon" then adding this cruise on and maybe a few more days in Orlando...I was thinking on B2B but not sure we can afford it. I saw their will be another bride on this ship so I am excited! We are going to do a photo-shoot around the ship in our wedding attire and go to dinner on formal night dressed up so maybe we can have a dual bride picture taken!!

Welcome Krysssyann! And congratulations on your upcoming wedding! My DD, Shannon is the bride to be married on the ship. She and her fiance and DH and I are doing the b2b. We have added on the 3 day cruise after this one. I am sure that Shannon would love a dual bride picture.

We are all getting so excited, especially after seeing so many beautiful photos of the Dream! We just can't wait to board this gorgeous ship!

Have anyone checked out the Trip Report section. Someone has posted their report on their 3 day cruise on the Dream with pics!!! The name of the report is "Disney Dream Pics." Go to the first post on the first page and clikck on Trip Report in blue. It will take you to their report with the photo's. I saw some new innovations Disney has put in the Dream. Like - inserting your KTTW card in a slot by the door inside your stateroom to be able to turn on your lights inside your stateroom. Check it out!!!

Krysssyann, I am getting so excited for the wedding now that the holidays are over! Where are you getting married at WDW? I would love to do a dual bride picture I think we are planning on being in our wedding attire for formal night as well. We'll see how long I can handle wearing a dress for

Congrats to you Krysssyann on your upcoming wedding! I mentioned awhile back in the postings that it would be neat if we all could meet up at the grandstair case for a picture of all us on this thread! Will discuss definites when we are real close! I am getting real excited that the time is getting closer been counting down since last January!

Well Mike and Katie ( my son and dil I am cruising with) for those who are new....are at WDW till Friday, they arrived on Monday! So they missed our 3 inches of wonderful snow we got last night.....my loving son answers his phone last night " Warm sunny Florida!brat anyway they and Katies parents were having dinner a Fishlips and he sent me this....well i cant insert the picture dont know how....Can someone tell me how and hopefully can do it.... thanks!

Well off to eat lunch have to work later! Keep warm everyone!

Hey Sue from my understanding to insert a photo on the DIS Board, first you have to upload it on to a site like Photobucket that will then give you a link to post on here. But, in all honesty.............I'm not really the one that should be telling you this.............as I am computer challenged. Half of the time I type something on here............then go back and reread it...........and it don't sound like anything like what I typed!!!! It usually looks something like this.............&#%)(i was wuth my DW and she sida ,,,, hlp is on teh wya!!!! (And I'm telling ya'll the truth!!!) It usually takes me about an hour and a half to type one of these!!!

Well, I just got my work schedule from ol' boss man for when I semi-retire in February. I will work 3 short days on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday!!! Now ya'll know what the means...............come on everyone say it with me.............I get Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesdays off!!!! (Now if only I can convince DW in letting me sleep in on those days too!!!!)

Not crowded at all. That is why I love year round school because we can go when all the other kids are in school. They are excited but I think I am more excited.

Howdy all. Just wanted to introduce our group as we'll be joining you on this cruise. We'll be cruising to celebrate (ahead of time) oldest dd's graduation from high school. It will be myself, dh, dd (17), ds (13), dd (7), ds (7)- no they're not twins- then dh's parents (would that be dils), dh's brother and his wife, my sister and her husband, and maybe my nephew, his wife, and two sons (depending on if he's deployed to Iraq). I think there might be a few more, maybe a family friend or two, but have no further commitments.

This will by our 7th Disney cruise, first on the Dream (obviously), and dh's family has cruised with us before, but for my sister and her dh- first time! She can't wait, he's just coming because it's a family thing and she bribed him with a trip to Kennedy SC.

Looking forward to reading through the thread and getting to know all of you.
