*Sept 10th 2011 WB Transatlantic* - From Spain to Space Mountain - Part 6

Noel, this looks GREAT!

Question, though: has the dining listed on page 3 been confirmed by Disney? I thought that all along the 1st sea day (11th) was the first formal night. On page 3 its listed as the 12th. We booked Palo based on the 11th being the formal night. :confused3

I am going to call them again in the morning and if it is different, I will post here and on FB. What I get from them is different every time I call, but we will just hope that some will give me the correct answer!

Great! We booked Palo on the 12th since it wasn't on one of the formal nights. I guess we can always wait until we are aboard to change it if necessary.

Ok, here is the first pass. Please comment via PM if you need to make changes on room, names etc. There will be more links to come such as Dis Events Navigator only (much smaller).

Hey Noel, Really really awesome job with this navigator!!!
Two minor things I saw, Page 17 and 28 you have me listed as 2014. Would you mind changing it to 2015 :-) Not sure the people in 2014 would enjoy strange yet friendly knocks at their door.:confused3
The other question was page 5 under general info-dining. You have APTAPTAPT... should it be APLAPL for lumiere's? I wasn't sure.

Otherwise, the rest looks truly amazing!

Hopefully, I can speak to a supervisor and get the straight scoop!

Done!! I think the original Dis Navigator was done for the Disney Wonder where APT stands for Triton and never got changed. v2 document has been uploaded with the changes.

Same thing happened to us on the 17th. Wasn't originally a formal night (we thought) and now it is--and it's our Palo Dinner. Guess I'll be going to 2 dinners that night! We will try to get it arranged on board, but you know what they say about the best-laid plans of mice and men. . .

Change to Madeira East Tour Groups

Estubia of Daniel Taxi asked me to divide the tour into two for two vans. We will need a volunteer to be the team leader for Group #6.

Here is my division:

Karen,

I know it's late here, so maybe I'm not understanding. The van driver will meet us at Terminal ONE with a sign with your name on it? I think the PM said 1, but the thread said 2. Again, it's late--but this seems extremely important--I would hate to be at the wrong terminal.

Thanks for clarifying,
Karen

Just to clarify something I said earlier. There are two terminals at BCN, however, most of the airlines come into Terminal 1 as it is the biggest and that is where I gave directions for the ATMs. Sorry for the confusion.

Here is a good site for what airlines are at what terminal:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barcelona_El_Prat_Airport

Here is a good site for maps of the terminals:

Hope this helps.

Noel, the Navigator looks great. Let us know when the final is up and ready to print!

Thank you Noel & John.. Just having a look at it now.

Noel - just noticed that you have the notice board room number as 6057.. Claires is 6507

Thanks much for finding that typo. This is just the kind of help we need about now!! I will change for next revision which we will publish later this morning.

Thank you Noel and John for all the hard work. Sounds like a repeat of last year with not being able to get one consistent reply to the dining issue. I guess it depends on who you ask each time. They all think they know the right one.
