i'd booked palo on second formal night to minimise the times i'd need to wear a dress.
now, no thanks to DCL, i have to girly up three times in one week......

They did this on last year's WBTA, they changed dates on us too.
From memory they told us originally formal night was night 3 and they changed it to night 2
Pirate night was to be night 7 and they changed it to night 11
I think they watch our thread, see us trying to be uber organised and change it just for a laugh![]()
I think our first formal night stayed on day 3, Gibraltar, didn't it, as some friends on our afternoon tour were worried about getting back to the ship in time to get ready for early dinner. Though of course I might have forgotten as they did change things so often. I know DCL said they didn't want it on the first sea day which is the usual with DCL because the Med had been rough.

They sure did keep messing up our schedules. That is why I said yesterday to not think it will be settled just yet.
Anyway, they have to take him to their vet in the morning to see if the shots worked or if he's going to need surgery. Their first thought was they'd just have him put to sleep if he needed surgery, but I think I talked her out of it. Yes, he's 10 yrs old, but he probably has a good 5-6 years left in him. I told them they need to quit thinking about the cost and please spend my inheritance to take care of the poor little guy. They're very attached to him and it would be very hard on them if they lost him.
So please send some prayers, good karma, pixie dust, or whatever, his way. His name is Harley (they didn't pick it) and he's a little Lhasa Apso they got from the ASPCA.Thanks!
I hope the little doggy is a lot better this morning and doesn't need any surgery.
