Of course, we all want to use our very best manners and NEVER be the "ugly American". Those types of tourists make me cringe . So, I'll be using my very best "polite American" persona....but while dragging my suitcase across the plaza, I'll also be wearing my very best "Back off, buster" expression.

I'm going to start practicing my "Back off, buster" look!

reading through last year's navigators, and (really sad but i got really excited! :rotfL) the adults get to invade the lab and make flubber one night!!!!!!!!! i'll definately be there! man, i'm such a big kid!

That would be sooo fun!!! Count me in!

Flubber!!!! This is awesome. As if I wasn't excited enough...I have ALWAYS wanted to play for a bit in the club. Now, if they would just let us try on a few princess costumes...

That's even better....with princess costumes!!!
This is getting me very excited again - of course, with this cruise ahead, it doesn't take very much to get excited.

Ok, Debra, it's time for you to watch "The Absent-Minded Professor" movie.....super fun, super cute movie. I'd recommend the original one.
Then, you'll definitely want to make some flubber!

I thought there were only 2 as well...but there was terminal C which totally threw the DCL transfer bus off for some reason (didn't they know?) We were at terminal 2 but needed terminal C? Perhaps term 2 is divided into A B C sections or something.
As for which terminal we land in, I will find this out. Also I will find out what DCL says about the $ I paid for the transfers. At the time of booking I told them I would land at 1:30 pm as estimated landing time, thinking I was going to perhaps land on another flight. I'll PM you once I find out the details.

FWIW, There are only two terminals, but T2 has three parts (A-C)

animation cells and invade the lab

i've always wanted to go explore the lab, and getting to make all this cool messy stuff with new friends sounds an awesome way to spend a night! do you think the cruise staff and kids counsellors will be ready for a bunch of big kid dis-sers, fuelled by good food and plenty of FABs and RABs?!

reading someone's trip report from this year's EBTA, and they were on late dining, started at 8.30 and they were done by 9.45pm or 10pm every night. on all of our cruises we haven't been out before 10.30, sometimes closer to 11. think it must just be the company we've had on the last two

While I was at AAA I saw the CUTEST hard-sided Disney luggage, and then lo and behold, I get home and I'm on this board and you guys are talking about luggage. I just looked for it on the internet and it is apparently HEYS luggage? Really cute Disney designs. Not sure how practical/durable the luggage is though. And pretty expensive, although now that I've looked online, not really a bad price (the smaller/carry on size was $75 and the larger size was $175).

Does anyone have any experience with this luggage?

you guys arrive at 10.05 right? i was only asking the two latest people arriving, as my thinking was that if we meet at their terminal, that'll cut down their time that it takes them to get through the airport. the rest of us arrive early enough that even if we dont arrive into the terminal the bus will pick us up from, we've still got enough time to walk there.

Ok no probs yes we arrive at10.05!

That is a lovely suitcase. I would be too worried that it would get dirty. (just the OCD --obsessive compulsive d/o --in me coming out again. I've seen in Barcelona airport that they offer shrink wrapping the suitcase before check-in of luggage. With this idea, I would shrink wrap this lovely piece of luggage at home before arriving to the airport to keep it looking clean & new, so that when you receive your luggage after you've flown it looks just as lovely. Those airline baggage handlers are not gentle and there is alot of areas our suitcases come across from the time we check in until we pick up our luggage.
When I saw the shrink wrapping of luggage at the BCL airport, I thought to myself, Hmmm...interesting. Would I do that? Then I saw people lined up for this service, and the finished product, thinking conclusively, interesting if you have nice luggage.

The suitcase has a plastic-y coating on it so I think it should stay pretty clean. I hope that's what they were thinking when they put that coating on it. I might look into shrink wrapping though... hmmm... My daughter has a beautiful Vera Bradley tote that she takes to camp and on church trips. Before she goes she puts it in a large trash bag before she puts it in a trunk or trailer. I guess she's not the only one thinkin'!
