Here's a shout out to all you dieters! We are both in there too. Steve started Slimming World yesterday (on his own... no patience for the meetings), and I'm back on track with my low-carb plan after months of fiddling around and cheating. I lost 50 pounds last year, have put 6 back on

and am determined this time to get to my goal weight. I've got about 20 pounds to go.
One thing I've realised it that I've lost all the weight I can by dieting and now the exercise has to come into play (I didn't do any exercise for the initial weight loss). But finding the time is so hard!
I've got 3 things to try at home, but so far haven't done any of them - I need some motivation to get going!
1) 30 Day Shred dvd
2) Zumba for the Wii
3) Kettlenetics Kettlebell dvd set
But they won't work if I don't use them!!!!!!!!!!
I hear this zumba thing is really popular, I just am loathe to pay a babysitter just so I can go exercise.

I feel like I have to use sitters so much so I can work, that it just doesn't work for me.
Excuses, excuses. In 5 cruises I've never set foot in the gym on a ship - maybe I need to work on this!
