I have tried to do the OLCI but the port check in tab isn't highlighted so I can't click on it. Do you have to put your credit cad details in before it works?

Yes you have to fill in the other sections, passport, credit card etc first then it opens up the last one's. :goodvibes

8pm, what time are you? We are most definitely up for a little Champers beforehand. ::yes::

(I think Mary is 8.30pm, no need to ask her though, she will be up for some Champers :lmao: ;) )

I have booked for 7:30 pm Champagne at 7pm .... although that might be a bit early for you and Mary etc.

We're doing this: http://www.captainalan.com/challenge/index.htm We went with Captain Alan last year and had a BLAST! :woohoo: It was so fun and definately a good option if you want a good time.

They can arrange pick up from the port and it was a totally stressfree day. They've got rave reviews on TripAdvisor too.

Hope you find something!

Hi Granmaz

I didn't realise it was officially one reservation for everyone - so many people speak of going multiple times that I hadn't looked into it any further. I can appreciate the fairness element, I was just worried that we wouldn't get a chance to book anything by having to wait until the 27th.

I'm probably stressing about nothing, but after reading here how so many people are setting their alarms and can't sleep in the anticipation... I just don't want to be left out.

We didn't plan on having tablemates - we requested a table for 4, for us and our two kids. We've never been seated with anyone else on any of the cruises we've taken - I guess it's just a way of trying to keep my kids from annoying anyone else (I've always dreaded being placed with people who didn't like children). My kids are pretty well behaved, but they are still kids and unpredictable at best... and while on a Disney cruise there are hopefully lots of child-tolerant people, we made the request again anyway (although I know it's not guaranteed).

I have real hopes of making some lovely friendships onboard (and hopefully beforehand!), especially because of the length of the cruise. If we are placed with another family, we'll still be happy with that :)

It is a pain for first time Disney cruisers, but please don't stress, you WILL get a dinner reservation. I bet there will be reservations still to be got online when your time comes as this cruise is not full. But, even if by some chance they are full, once you get onboard, go straight to Rockin Bar D and you will find they open up a whole load more for those who don't have internet access. They also have a wait list, but I don't think that will be necessary at all. But, I bet you could waitlist for a second reservation;)!!!!

It is all so confusing at first isn't it? You are going to have a wonderful cruise and you will meet some fabulous people from this thread.

One thing you can do, well you might already have done so, is link with the group from here who are going to ask to be seated in the same area at dinner. That doesn't mean sharing tables, just sitting in the same area so it might be fun for your family. I think the name of the person organising this for each sitting will be on Page 1 somewhere. Edit. Info for that is post number 15!!

I'll look into this - thank you! I saw it, but as we weren't planning on being seated with anyone, I hadn't thought they would let us link to be in the same area. It would make meet ups a whole lot easier!

And yes, it is all confusing. I know each cruiseline is different but I feel like I don't have a clue! :confused3

When I read all this about reservations, I got worried because I am a first cruiser too. I can't get booking anyting till june 27th.:confused3
From what time can you book in Europe? Is that 6.00 am?
I was looking forward to the High Tea at the 13th, but it's not available anymore. How does that go further? Would it be possible to book on board?
I will ask my son if he wants a brunch at Palo, we'll see. Then is it no Palo.:sad1:

You will be able to book Palo on baord if not online. Last year we couldn't book brunch online at the 90 day window but we booked on the ship with no problem and some people were booking it twice. So you will be fine. Just pop along to Rockin Bar D as soon as you get on board, there will lots of cast members there to help and it is a quick process. Please don't worry about it

I don't think it is ever too early to for me & Mary to drink Champagne. ;) 7pm sounds fab to me, i'll add it to my itinerary. :cool1:

I answered your question. ;) We are staying there and will share a taxi with you guys. :thumbsup2 It will need a lot of space for luggage.

Well...was anyone else able to book the high tea? They are all gone :sad2:

They were all booked up when we got on there. There weren't a whole lot of spots left for brunch but we got one for the 8th day at sea! WAHOO! :cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1: We weren't going to make a reservation this year but kept hearing everyone rave about their brunch....so-o-o-o-o I did a little "wifey whine", which put my husband over the edge this early in the morning, and guess what???? We have brunch rezzies at Palo's! :rotfl2::rotfl2:

Can't wait to hear what others got!!!! Good luck!:banana:

Congrats on the Palo booking Debra. :cool1:

We got Brunch, Dinner, manicure, pedicure and an excursion that we wanted. :dance3: I am so excited today, it seems even more real now!!!! :woohoo:

That's lucky. ;) So you maybe able to make the Hard Rock meet then? :goodvibes
I have stopped looking for now Claire - Note to self, don't look for hotels when you are tired:headache:
We are going to Maho Beach to see the planes landing & taking off right above your head. :cool1:

I'm a bit like that too today Michelle, i've done nothing so far today!!! The miserable rain isn't helping the matter either.

oh yes ... sorry ... I am a bit dim today and I can't even blame it on the early start because I didn't get one !! :rotfl2:

 I was just pulling your leg.

I know you have a lot on your mind at the moment.
