Of course I am sure she meant her Secret Stash because her TASH is no secret:laughing::laughing::laughing:

Update: Here is where we are with the t-shirts so far.

We are still finalizing the design but I wanted to pass this on to get feedback.

NOTE: I have asked him to add "2011" below the words "pub crawl" so that will be reflected in the final design.

I will have more info on ordering shirts very soon!

(See anything hidden in the bubbles?) :thumbsup2

OMG !!!!! Thoase shirts are so cute. We don't really drink all that much, pina colada on Castaway Cay, but those shirts are SOOOOOOOO adorable. Would I be able to get two in Size Large. I have to have them.

If you send me your email addy, I will send you the artwork file.

:worship::worship: thanks so much DH recieved email from you with details, I'm thinking at this rate we will all need a holiday to recover from this cruise and an events diary just to keep track of everything. Again thanks so much for your efforts

margaret and norman

..and this is only a miniscule piece of work.

The people doing the real heavy lifting are those doing things like planning excursions and the FE exchange! That's quite an undertaking!

I sent you a PM and went tot he link and put down for 2 shirts. Sorry I got so excited when I saw them. my sister will love it also. The pub crawl should like fun even if we only have a diet coke at each one. Any excuse to hang out with every one. Thanks

Sorry guys, but Hershey's Kisses.... However we have had some very nice chocolate over there, Ghiradelli's for one(or more as it happened;))

i do like some US choccies, but sorry to any fans out there, i HATE hersheys kisses. they're so waxy tasting, its the first bag of chocolate in years that i havent been able to finish.

Hershey's Kisses aren't good  Perhaps ignorance is chocolate bliss. I have two tins of kisses in my office right now (one milk chocolate one dark chocolate). I'm not eating them right now because I want to lose a "few" more pounds before the cruise. I guess I'll have to get a sweets education while on vacation... :rolleyes1

Hershey's may not be the best chocolate, but Reece's Pieces rule. They are my favorite. Actually I agree with Sarah, I will put anything Reeces in my mouth. As Rachel Ray would say "Yumm O" :cool1::yay:

Dang, quick :drive: to check in but I got caught, off to do my work. Check in later.

Yikes I was gone 2 days and wholy moly I can't keep up LOL Happy Friday everyone!!!!

Chocoate and Pub Crawl Shirts - that about covers it. We must be having good days.

(I had to eat a chocolate bar when reading last night - that's why advertising does work.)

Okay - question that does not involve either alcohol or chocolate...

So, what time does the reservatations become available online? Midnight? One minute past? What time zone? We're supposed to be able to do it on June 27th, but when exactly?

Sorry to be a pest

It's midnight eastern time (Florida usa), so out here in CA I can book at nine pm the previous day.

:goodvibes

When I think of Hershey Kisses, I think of our trips to Hershey, PA.... and the Spa at Hotel Hershey. A cocoa bean wrap, scrub, whip bath... the first time I left there and returned to our B&B, I walked in the door and Curt knew I was back without opening his eyes. He said I smelt like a walking Hershey Bar! :rotfl2: Didn't keep me from returning our next trip... and bringing him along! :thumbsup2

And another question... we can book excursions, but if we are not 100% sure yet, we can cancel up to 3 days prior to embarkation, correct? And these are charged to our onboard account, right? (That's what I'm thinking... want to verify though!)

Ah, we're on the European chocolate wagon! In that case I can't stay behind and mention some amazing brands that haven't been mentioned yet. As far as the Dutch ones goes; Verkade is the eldest and has earned it's reputation (also does very yummie cookies with and without chocolates). :thumbsup2 Droste also has a great name, is a bit more sophisticated in taste. And let's not forget Baronie. For those that love bitter chocolate; try a double one! Even more of the pure thing, less milk and suger and more bitter than you've ever had. Or what about a cappuccino flavoured chocolate?

Typical Dutch things we do with chocolate?

- we've got something called hagelslag. Little chocolate sprinkles that are used as a very common thing on a sandwich. Comes in all kinds of tastes and it's "nephew" called vlokken are little chocolate strips with the same purpose.
- chocolatepaste. Yep, again; something for on a sandwich. Name says it all; chocolate in paste shape in all kinds of tastes.
all kinds of chocolate figurines are old traditions for each of the important national holidays. Chocolate santa for christmas, chocolate Sinterklaas (you know, the guy that gave Santa his name) for Sinterklaas, chocolate bunnies for Easter, chocolate figures all year round. All kinds of chocolate figurines to gifts at Sinterklaas; tools, toys, you name it and it comes in chocolate shape. In the less "wiser" years chocolate sigarets were very common to gift during Sinterklaas. :rolleyes1
- Isn't that enough? Chocolate letters during Sinterklaas. Not the small ones that leave you wanting more, nop good ones at least 5 inches in size and available in any size you want. Want one of 50 inches? Just ask your bakery and you'll get it! :worship:
- "sinassnippers" are orangeflavoured soft yellie like candy covered with a little layer of dark chocolate. :worship:

And it has to be said; our southern neighbours, the Belgians also do some good things with chocolate (hey, they WERE Hollanders centuries ago :rotfl2: ). If you ever get the option; visit a Leonidas store. An amazing bonbonshop that makes all possible and unlikely variations. Very expensive and satisfying. C'ote d'Or is another Belgian brand of lovely chocolate. Last but not least; Callebaut. Make superb chocolate for cooking and baking amongst others. I will not use any others anymore.

Need a fix? it could pay off to join the candy swap with participants from so many different locations already signed up! Not willing to risk anything? For those desperate enough ;) ; feel free to sent me a PM if you're looking for something specific. As long as there are no orders for like 50 pounds  it's no problem for me to help out here with me not needing to worry about baggage allowance.

:lovestruc :lovestruc Love the Leonidas! :lovestruc :lovestruc Yum, yum, yum!
You also have these wonderful cookies - :cloud9: the stroopwaffel :cloud9: Oh dear...I ate my weight in them last fall. I know they aren't chocolate, but they are definitely worth mentioning. :)
