Sept 1 2012 disney fantasy

I am feeling a bit guilty about taking the kids out of school for this cruise.. Anyone else have concerns or is this a common occurance? This will be our first family cruise.. It will be Me, DH, DS(14), DD(9) at age of cruise.. Anyone else taking their kids out of school??? Thanks

If your feeling guilty ask there teacher for any class work or home work they are going to miss and have them do it on the plane ride before they get to the cruise so when they get back to school they have it all done and dont miss anything . I use to do that with our kids and it worked out fine .

No staying at Disney`s Coronado Springs then the cruise and back to Disney until Sept. 14th

We are taking my nephew out of school as well. He will be in prep so it will be his first year. It is once in a life time trip so i wouldn't be too concerned!!

we booked this cruise today.this is going to be our third disney cruise.
we are from Portugal,and we love dcl.it will be me dw(35),dh(38)and dd(5),this wiil be a surprise for her.we are very excited to sail on the beautiful disney fantasy.

maybe they can play together in the clubs.my dd loves the clubs,on our easter cruise on the wonder she simply refuse to leave,she love it more than the pool.

We will be sailing with our DD who will be 4 then. My parents also just booked yesterday and will be joining us as well!

My son will be entering High School (9th grade) he is in advanced classes so I really think he will be fine and the school said the teachers would be able to give him his work... My daughter will just be 9 and will be in 3rd grade... They will only be in school for 3 weeks so I am hoping they will not be too deep into school;-) We live in Florida so we only have a 30 minute drive to Port Canaveral

I am in the process of trying to talk my parents into going on the cruise...

Just got off of our B2B on the Beautiful Disney Dream, we booked this cruise onboard and got a good deal

We are Dennis, DW Monica and DD Madison (10)

We had an AMAZING time during our B2B and enjoyed the most beautiful weather, no rain at all, which was kind of strange for late September in the tropics I won't complain though. This one will be our 5th Disney cruise and will become Gold Castaway Club members.

I look forward to getting to know you all before our cruise and to sailing with you all aboard BEAUTIFUL Disney Fantasy.

Welcome back how was the weather

Weather was great until the last 2 & 1/2 days....it just poured and poured. It was so wet and gross. Felt bad for the people that went down there for the long weekend, it was a total washout.
