Has anyone planned any excursions ? where are you staying pre-cruise? what about transportation? I have been reading so much about these things that my eyes are going buggy!!

We are doing submarine in GC, Fury in Cozumel and ATVs in Costa Maya, Hubby and middle DS doing fishing on CC...

Country Inn and Suites for PreNight and private car or van from MCO....

Hello everyone.

This will be the first cruise for me and my husband. We will be celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary.

Is it worth it to go to Remy or Palo to celebrate that?

YES!!!!!!!!! Def Palo!!!!! We do Palo last night of cruise opposite of our normal dine time so we still have goodbye to servers.... So Palo at 6:30 then we go sit with other family and kiddos for socializing around 8:30 ....

Our kids received their post cards from Mickey and Minnie on Friday - so they finally know that we are cruising - and they are both extremely excited.

My poor son though, doesn't yet grasp the "few months" concept. He keeps asking if we are leaving after he "takes a rest" (meaning bed time lol)

I hope we get one!!!!

Pirate night is Cozumel night.....

I am pleasantly surprised by how many teens are on this sailing (out of the small group here). I've been reading that the teens are not allowed on the teen pool deck unless there are at least 3 of them and teh result has been that it is rarely used on the Dream. Hopefully there will be enough of them that they can get together and go in groups of 3 or more and use it

Marika usually starts a teens/kids thread on the DIS for the group so that they can all get to know one another away from our boring adult posts maybe she can do that again soon and hopefully others will post.

Thanks for the heads up on the FE thread too. I am not sure we will participate this time around--it is hard with international flights. We will also be spending a week a WDW before the cruise so we have a lot of clothes we need to fit into our limited luggage allowance. We always enjoy it when we do participate though.

Has everyone else been looking at all the great photos of the Fantasy which came out in the last couple of days? We are loving them and just getting so excited.

Oh I really hope the teens all get together for use of the teen area!!!!!

I just wanted to see if any one else has started planning their excursions yet. We are planning on doing GC on our own, but are unsure about Cozumel and Costa Maya. There have been a lot of good reviews about Nachi Cocum in Cozumel and David and Ivan in Costa Maya, but I'm a little worried as to our limited port time. We originally wanted to do the Tulum ruins in Cozumel, but will have our 4 1/2 year old with us. I've heard lots of reviews about the ruins being beautiful but a LONG and VERY HOT day. Would love to hear feed back. Also to our veterans out there, are the cruise groups usually so little, do they tend to get bigger the closer the cruise comes. I noticed there is only 3 of us signed up for the FE exchange.

Hey all so we are traveling with my hubby myself and my 5month and 6yr old daughters I'm hoping there are more 6 years olds on this cruise so she has some new friends to hang out with. Does anyone out there have a 6yr old going? Can't wait to hopefully meet all of you!!

This is my daughter - I still have to teach her how to use the forums

I can tell you that she is very outgoing so if you have a shy one that may need a little help meeting people etc - I bet my Cate can help.

On our last Dream cruise she made friends with a girl on the elevator within the first hour on board !
