What a nice mini vacation!! I was off the 5 days off before the holiday did not have to use any vacation time I LOVE when that happens!! We were at Disney but for a National dance competetion so we didnt get to enjoy the parks but we did enjoy the Hotel, Epcot's fireworks from our balcony view and a lovely ice cream shop and the Beaches and Cream Soda shop at Disney's Yacht and beach club!! Highly recommended btw!!! You do need reservations to sit inside or you can get ice cream and sit right outside of it =)

That's where we're staying and I can't wait to try that ice cream special called everything and the kitchen sink

Yes now with that being said PLEASE no emergencies on the ship!! We want a RELAXING VACATION LOL ( I do feel a bit safer knowing we have a paramedic, and a firefighter on the ship though!)

Well, I homeschool our 2 youngest. ....so kind of . Troy works a 24 hour shift every third day......I only work 2-12's a week, so I usually squeeze those in between 2 of his shifts. That way we have a group of days off together.

I'm SOOOO JEALOUS!! I haven't stayed there yet but the pool looks AMAZING!! Its a sandy bottom pool! We were at the Dolphin so we hopped on a boat ride over. You won't be dissappointed with the ice cream shop! It's got a 1950's vibe to it and the ice cream was DELICIOUS!! One of the girls we were with ordered that it looked DELISH wish I would have taken a picture of it!

That's good that you can do that and still spend time together. This Dis board is my outlet I love to talk Disney with everyone. At home I get this if I talk Disney. Thanks Ladies for keeping me sane!!!

We will be staying at the Boardwalk after the cruise, and we have reservations for 9/12! We went last time we stayed at Beach Club Villas

A lot of people really love the pool. I'm not a big fan. It's ok the first time, and the slide is great, but it's kind of a pain. It is divided into a bunch of sections, and it's very hard to keep a sight line on kids. The slide entrance is actually across a public sidewalk The Kidani Village pool is my all time favorite!! It has a great slide, splash area, and I can relax with out worrying where the kids are

I'm so jealous of all of you that get to Disney before the cruise! I am doing Disney Movie nights at my house throughout the summer to introduce all the beloved characters to my youngest. So far Snow White is her ABSOLUTE FAVORITE!!

I have been doing the same thing! My girls know almost all of the characters, but I've been re-watching some of the older movies so they remember them when they are on our cruise!

I was on the munchkin when the groups were first named. I do see my name on the masters list now and the achiever? I only want to be in one group. Am I reading the lists wrong? I'm sorry. I haven't been able to be on the forum because of a serious family matter.

You are only on the Masters list. The overachievers is a list that is only for those of us who are doing all three groups. Your name is on the overachievers list because everyone is on that list, but your list is all you have to worry about!
