It was asked on one of the help boards when they redesigned the website. I was so glad to read it because I had been upset that my app wasn't working

I was on DCL website, and wanted to sign up for ground transportation and input our passport information. I must be blind, because I'm not seeing where to do it. It's probably right in front of me. Can anyone point me in the right direction? TIA

You should be able to log into the cruiseline site, go to the planning center, then go to "before you go".

That's where I went, but when I click on the passport section it gives information. There is no place for me to input stuff. Same when I click on Ground Transfers

I wonder if you have to wait until our check in date? I wouldn't think so since you can put in the info when booking, but that is the only thing I can think.

I just figured it out. I actually had to go in and modify the guest information in order to put the passport #s in. I could also see the ground transfer options then, but it didn't give me the option to do resort to port and port to resort. I guess I'll give them a call.

As far as a profile pic goes, I believe you need 10 posts before you can add one. Just ask questions and chat on here and you'll be there before you know it!!

Nope!! Not too late. I saw that you wanted to be on the FE list, so just give me the names of everyone in your group, ages of the kids, favorite characters, where you are from (optional), and your stateroom number. I will get you added right away.
