Sent in closing docs, now what should I expect?

Made an offer on a OKW contract on 1/8, went to ROFR on 1/13, passed ROFR on 2/10, received closing documents on 2/22 and overnight-ed them to the title company on 2/23. My question now is what can I expect from the process from here? How soon can we expect to make our reservations?

Once the seller sends back papers they will close it. After that it's a out a week until you are in the system for reservations. So if your sellers are quick I'd say two to three weeks.

The average is 60 days from start to finish, then you can make a reservation.

we just closed on our first resale purchase and the timeshare store email said that it would take 14-28days for Disney to add the points into our account. So up to a month after closing we should be in the DVC database.

As for closing, we mailed the docs on tues and got an email yesterday saying we were closed.
