Sending water via Staples?

I just read a post about someone sending water via Staples to your room? Can someone give me some information on this? We usually bring our own drinks/snacks (use one small suitcase for all that) but if this is cheap, I would do this instead.

1. Sign up for free Staples rewards program (gives you free shipping, no min. purchase)
2. Go to Staples.com and search for water
3. When you place your order, shipping address should be address of resort you are staying at
4. Include your reservation number with your last name on shipping address
5. In comments/special instructions field type "HOLD FOR GUEST ARRIVING 3/1" (or whatever your date is)

Order about 1 week before arrival, resort will hold and then send to your room upon check-in (I've read resorts will hold packages up to 7 days).

Lots of people have been "mistakenly" charged for their first purchase even after enrolling in the rewards program. If you call they'll remove the shipping fee. You also need to make sure you're logged in when you make your purchase. I did in in July 05 and it worked great.

oh no! I ordered water yesterday to be sent to the Beach Club for our arrival on Saturday, but I didn't put our reservation # only our name and date of arrival. Do you think I should call or will it be okay?
