Sending payment yet confused...

Hi ,
I have just under two weeks until my balance needs to be paid in full with Disneyholidays. uk. I want to use my MC now for most of it, then refill that and use it for the rest. Except online it seems Disney wants the whole thing at once. Do I need to call? I feel uneasy giving my credit card info over the phone.
Thankful for advice! I'm sure this has been asked before and did search but got nothing.

online you can only pay in full

if you want to pay a smaller amount you need to call.
