Sending mail for the world?

is there a special post office at the parks?
If so, is anything special about it? Cool post mark or something?
I would love to send some post cards but if it's not anything different I won't bother.

There are places to drop off mail, but they don't do anything special with it. It just goes out with the regular mail and gets a normal postmark.

There are still cool things you can do with it, like have a character sign the postcard before it is mailed. You can buy stamps at some the gift shops I believe.

Not sure if they still do it, but apparently Guest Relations at City Hall in the MK used to have a Main Street USA "postmark".
