My mom and aunt will be checking into the Beach Club next Tuesday. Tuesday is also my Aunt's birthday and I wanted to arrange to have flowers or some kind of arrangement in their room when they arrive. What's the best way to go about doing that? Do I call the Beach Club directly? I did just look at the Disney Floral website, but on top of the cost of the floral arrangement there's like a $25.00 delivery fee. :( Any suggestions? It doesn't to be anything huge, just a little something that surprises her when they arrive. Looking to keep it under $60 if possible.

I don't think you can have something in the room when they arrive?

From Disney Floral FAQ

Please note: for delivery on your arrival date, since your room is not pre-assigned, the gift will be delivered after your arrival.

In Room Celebrations: Our magical celebrations are specially prepared inside your Disney Resort room by our team. You will select the day and time when making your purchase. Since resort room assignment occurs after you arrive, the soonest we can arrange delivery and set-up of our In Room Celebrations is on the day after your arrival.

I would just google something like "Orlando Florist Walt Disney World Delivery" and see what you come up with. I'm sure local florists deliver there. The only difference is your aunt would have to pick the flowers up at bell services or the front desk, whereas Disney Floral will deliver straight to the room. If you call the "Beach Club" (in other words, calling a central call center as you can't call the resort directly) they will most likely tell you to call Disney Floral.

Maybe call this place? https://www.inbloomflorist.com

Unless they're staying club level, nothing can be put in the room before they arrive. And I'm not sure it's 100% possible on club level, only that they may be able to do it.

Room assignments are not set in stone until the room is prepared and the guest has been informed of their room number, either at the desk upon their arrival at the resort, or via text, usually while they're en route. That's why they won't put anything in the room ahead of time - room assignments can and do change at the last minute.

We've used Disney Floral a few times and were very happy with the quality. Yes they're pricey but very nice . They were able to deliver it when we weren't in our room(was a surprise for DH).

Just wanted to clarify that Disney Florist does not deliver to the room. They deliver to the resort, but resort CMs make deliveries to rooms between 9am-9pm:

What's the difference?!! Thanks for the irrelevant information, LOL! Sorry, should have said, if you want it delivered to the room, you have to order through Disney Floral. At the end of the day, does it matter which CM is actually delivering it?

The point was to clarify that Disney Florist doesn't arrive at a certain time and put the order in the room. They are delivered by the resort CMs sometime between 9am-9pm, so those thinking Disney Florist arrives and their order is promptly put in the room for when they would like it, is going to be disappointed. So while you find humor in my post and think it's irrelevant, others may not.
