Sending A Postcard Pre-Trip

Help needed!
I recall seeing once that postcards can be sent to kids (of all ages) prior to their trip to WDW. My niece and nephew will be going for their first time mid-august. I was hoping I could get a post card sent to them before the trip from a character? Has anyone heard of this?

I too would love someone to help... I would love a bit of pixie dust for one to be sent to my dd but as we are in the uk, doubtful it will happen
