Are you trying to start a conversation with someone else who doesn't have 10 posts?

You aren't required to have 10 posts since the switch to this "new" format. Or, maybe, they have their conversations blocked? People can opt out of receiving conversations.

I thought that was the case with the first one, but had it happen with 3 people in a row. Could still be the case, just coincidental. Can I try testing a conversation with you (assuming you have them enabled)?
