Sending a gift to a guest?

Has anyone ever sent a gift card to a guest who is currently staying at the resort by means other than email? I'd like to send a gift card and balloons, but am not seeing an easy way to do this. I have the room number and resort, so it seems like this should be doable. Thanks in advance for your help!
