semi-perminant make up?

has anyone had this done? if so was it any good? i am considering having it done before i go on holiday next year, im thinking of having eyeliner done, but i am a bit worried that it will hurt (big chicken i know).
so i was wondering if anyone has had it done and what was their view on it? is it worth the money etc.

The only thing similar to this that I have had done was my eyelashes dyed, they turned out fine and lasted quite a long time
