Unfortunately we have to sell our time share. We took our documents to a notary and we did the warranty deed wrong.
So I brought a new copy to my friend who is a notary. She is hesitant to sign the Warranty Deed. She claims that we will be responsible for any leins after we sell it. Because we are warranting the deed not doing a full search. I then called TMS who we are selling it through. Nancy was great and said this is different because it is a Timeshare.
I feel bad questioning the TSS when so many of you and others have used them but my friend is very conservative and has me wondering.
Has anyone had a problem with this? Should I be concerned?
BTW it is for 150 BCV points Aug use year and passed Disney ROFR.
