Selling Points to Another DVC Member

Friends of ours are interested in buying our AKV points. They are current members. How do we go about transferring ownership to them? I thought at one point i read that we just have to go through MS and they will guide us through it, but I'm not sure. Can someone please enlighten me?

Member Services will help with an annual transfer of points, but for an actual change in DVC Ownership, you will need to submit a contract including details of the price paid, to DVC for ROFR approval.

I believe you need to speak to Member Administration (it will be an option when you call) and they can send out the paperwork that would be required to be submitted to DVC and probably can help with info for transferring the deed etc.
