I bought a Pal Mickey for my niece when we were at WDW in Oct. She had no interest in it whatsoever and so it sits in the box. Might as well sell it. How much should I start the bidding? None on ebay now to compare.

Start $10 below retail so that the buyer gets roughly the same deal with shipping. Offer a buy it now price that is $5 more than retail to cover your trouble. Maggie

Just a hint....

Unless these are hard to find, I don't think you'll find anyone who will pay full retail price or more for an item on ebay. Even though it hasn't been used. Because you could just pay the same price at WDW and have all the assurances of a brand new, never been sold item.

Ebay has 3 auctions for Pal Mickey...always a good idea to check the completed items page.

April 13th -$60 - 17 bids
April 7th - $51.50 - 5 bids
April 4th - $49.95 - 1 bid

They are on sale at Disney Character Premiere
for $48.00 plus tax.

Hope this helps also

Dana :)

Are they really worth that money? I know he says stuff while you're walking around the park, but is it generic repeated dialogue? Or does it change uniquely from day to day? Does he tell you wait times, or entertainment show schedules?

I think some things might change. I don't have one, but my mom said when she worked in EPCOT's UK she had to hit a certain button on the way out that indicated which characer she was taking out.

Hi! I am new to these boards, but just wanted to tell you how much fun Pal Mickey can be. He is totally worth the money!

Pal Mickey will let you know when parades are about to begin as well as great times to meet characters. As you walk around Animal Kingdom (my favorite park to bring him to) he tells you all about the animals you are seeing as well as telling you silly little kid jokes. In the other parks he shares special trivia about the Disney parks. In the future the plan is for Pal Mickey to tell guests wait times and more park information.

My mother in law is even collecting mini pins so that her Pal Mickey can have a pin trading vest.

Hope this helps. If you are still wondering if he is worth the investment you can rent him at the hotels or the theme park.
