The biggest negative I can see here is that with renting you may not always be able to get what you want, or even get a reservation at all. I get emails from rental companies asking me to rent my points because they don't have enough for the demand. Renting has become so popular that they don't have enough renters. If you are still planning to go then why sell? And, although staying in a studio is working great for you now, as your children get older a studio becomes much less desirable. They will not want to share a bed at some point. I could sell my BCV contract right now for a pretty good profit but we still enjoy visiting WDW and the thought of having to rent to stay just seems like such a hassle. Just my thoughts.
