I have several Lonaberger baskets that I'm interested in selling. I have no idea where to sell or even how much to ask. Ebay still confuses the heck out of me, so I would prefer another option.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,

You can try to sell them on www.mycoupons.com/boards and then go to the Garage Sale Board. You have to register to sell...and people are hesitant to buy from a "newbie", but it's worth a shot!

Your best bet is probably ebay. You might ask your local sales consultant about this as well. Depending on what they are she may be interested in them or be able to put you in touch with a collector. You can check ebay for past sold items, its on the left hand side, to get an idea of what they have been selling for. Good Luck!

I'm a former Longaberger consultant who has been selling off old inventory on ebay. It's really not that hard. Your best bet is to put the name of the basket in the search box and see what that basket has been selling for.

The more descriptive, the better. Smoke free homes are important for basket collectors too.

I actually sold the old style Longaberger spoonrest for $48 a few years ago! There's definitely a market on ebay for these items.

Good luck!

My sil is also a former Longaberger basket consultant and she sells her's on ebay. She just sold 2 expensive ones right before Christmas. You really should look into ebay. Good luck!
