Selling DVC contracts today is a whole different experience than it was a year ago.

14 months ago I listed and sold two small VB contracts through TTS. One was sold immediately at the asking price and the second was sold in two days for 50 cents a point less than the asking price.

I now again have listed two small VB contracts. The listed prices are much lower than they were last time. I have not gotten any offers for more than a week and have lowered the prices. Since lowering the prices I have still not gotten any offers.

Both times I listened to and took into account the advice of the agent.

I think things are very different out there this year. :sad2:

I agree. We sold a small BWV contract not to long ago and we had two people back out on the purchase. The third time was the charm, but I was beginning to wonder . . .

Would you mind posting your selling terms? I never trust an agent's advice.
