Selling Back to Disney???

Not that we're in the market to sell our points, but after reading the numerous posts regarding the ROFR, has anyone just sold their points right back to DVC without attempting the open market?

I'm sure they would low-ball you, but has anyone tried it?

Hmmm.... I'm sure someone has tried, but DVC will not purchase directly from the member without first going through ROFR.
You must first have a good faith contract before DVC will even consider purchasing through ROFR.

It's not possible. Some have sold their points directly to a resale agent who resold them at a profit. DVC will only entertain the issue once you have a valid contract. I'm sure some have used their second cousin twice removed to structure a deal DVC couldn't refuse.
