This wait was WAY more excruciating for me than the wait for ROFR was.

Ready for my crazy-patience draining deal?
I am in the process of putting my 21 year old son on our deed (he will then be an owner with my husband and I and get a blue card as well -we have 1 direct and one resale at the moment). Meanwhile I just passed ROFR on 3/2 for another resale. I need both to clear so when we close,the new resale can be added to our original direct and resale contract...with his name on all with us so it will be the same contract/member number. First American is handling all of this crazyness and I am hoping it all goes through the timing right!! I need the "transfer" from my husband and I to my husband, me and my son to clear before my new resale purchase!!! I don't want the contracts split because I don't want to have my points split and have to deal with transferring etc. Poor Regina....she is almost a daily email!!

Just heard from my broker closing docs arriving approx. March 10-28 and approx. closing date April 13th. Can't believe how fast this is going... my last one took really long!
