Seller Commission on resale

Just curious, what commission% does a seller pay the broker when selling dvc? With resale prices through the roof, part of me is tempted to cash in ....<but I prob won't>

I agree. The companies I am familiar with are 10% though some, not all have an admin fee which could vary by company

Historically all the one's I've seen that were 12% would discount to 10%. Some used to have a min fee like $795 but I'm not currently aware of any that do that tend to sell DVC.

There's one new broker who just went out on her own after leaving Fidelity.

She's currently at 8%, probably trying to lure more business as a newcomer.
