We just got an email that our offer was accepted! These boards have been helpful as we were deciding to buy or not buy into dvc, I had to come share the good news. I am so excited! Now to get the contracts and move on to ROFR!

Our home resort is AKV. The contract is for 250pts. Seller has to sign and then on to ROFR.
