Selfish P&PD Request Please

I know this is going to sound incredibly selfish, but I really could use P&PD!!! DH and I are moving to AZ (see countdown) and we have bought a house out there. Unfortunately we have not sold our house here. While we can swing to dual mortgage payments for a few months (to the detriment of our WDW trip!), we would rather not.

I just got off the phone with our realtor. We have a second showing tomorrow. This is usually a very good sign. We have been through this once already. The buyers looked at 2 houses a second time and went with the other house. It is the same story tomorrow. PLEASE help me pray that tomorrow, our house is the winner and not the other one (I do hope the other family sells their house, but I REALLY want to sell mine too!!!)

Are you baking anything like cookies or lighting candles just before the showing? I heard that creating aromas like that helps in selling.

I am usually not home (DH and I both work outside the home) but I have one of those Yankee Candle plug ins running 24-7 with Home Sweet Home in it. Smells yummy all the time (at least in my opinion)!
