Selection for Emerald Exec at Car Care Center on Property?

What is the selection like for Emerald Executive/Elite if you rent from the Car Care Center on property? It sounds like there is no Emerald Aisle. Any chance of getting an SUV? or other upgrade? Do they offer you a choice or is it "you get what you get.."

If you are Emerald Club they will give you a choice of what they have. Last trip I got a minivan, but they don't have very many cars. Usually they will give you the best they have.
