I booked the SEGWAY tour at EPCOT for my 16 year old son and two of his 16 year old friends. We are going next week so i called WDW-TOUR to ask if they could email, fax or mail me the waiver so the boys' parents could sign it (since we will be taking their sons as our guests). I explained that the parents would not be with us ont he trip and that both of the boys have one parent who is an attorney so i wanted to be sure I had our bases covered! The Cm said they could not send me the waiver and that the parents had to sign it at EPCOT. I could see requiring that it be notarized if signed not in the presence of Disney, but was a little perplexed that CM at booking never mentioned that the parents would have to be physically present the day of the tour to sign the waiver. Of course, my response was that that would be a little tricky sicne the parents ween't coming on the trip and could I please speak to a supervisor. Fast forwarding to the end of the call, I basically was told that, no, the parents DIDN'T have to sign the waiver at all...that it was fine for me to sign it since I would be responsible for them during the trip. Then the CM said "but it might be a good idea to have a note from the parents SAYING you could sign the waiver."

No problem bringing note from the boys' parents but just wondering if any of y'all have had experience with signing SEGWAY waiver for other people's children. Seemed to be some confusion from the CMs so i don't want a surprise next Monday!
thanks!
