I am thinking about doing this tour next month if it is available.....sound like fun!

If all time slots are open which is the best? I think 7:45 might be a bit early (will be up late the night before and the night of tour!) so I am leaning towards 8:30....does the time really matter all that much?

Will this be fun "alone"? I know others will be in the group but this will be a solo day for me...would it be more fun doing it with a friend/spouse etc.? How many people are in each tour group?

Any thoughts or advise??

I did the first time session of the 2-hour tour. I had a blast! This is definitely a tour I would do again. Also, I went by myself. I still had fun.

Did not do it alone, but we had a riot. You will have fun.

You need to be able to get there. If you are taking bus transportation, I would worry about the 7:45 time slot. We did the 8:30 time slot and had no problem with the buses. It also got us out of the World Showcase before it opened at 11am. We have done this twice.

I have not had the pleasure of doing it alone but you have to go around single file for most of it so I don't think it would matter being alone. I would definitely do it alone!!!! It is a blast.

I think the max # is 10 and I would have no problem going solo but it was nice having my DW with me. We had a small group of only 4 and we did the 9am session and it was really fun. The best thing about going out later was that there were more people looking at us having a great time as we cycled back to to beginning and as we were going around WS there were many workers buzzing around feverishly before the 11 am opening.

We also did the 9 am and I really liked that time slot. Coming from the left coast, that is still getting up early for us.

Thanks guys! I am feeling better about doing a later one! If I do the 9:30 one do I just meet at Innovations or do I have to go back to the Guest Relations desk area that you meet at for the other ones (before park opens). I was thinking that if I did the 9:30 one then I could go get a FP for Soarin then head over to Innovations for the tour. Would that work?

I am getting excited about this! I have a day to myself while in WDW next month and I wanted to do something new. One thing that I never seem to have enough time for is WS (we always go but with the kids there is lots we have missed!) so I planned on spending a good amount of time here...then the tour came to mind and I think it is a great way to really SEE WS and get lots of neat tid bits.

Now..I just have to call and see if I can get it! :thumbsup2

I think you'll need to go to Guest Services regardless of your tour time - there is a release to sign and they sometimes check your ID. We like the 8:30 time so that we can ride through World Showcase before 11:00am when WS opens to guests - there is a bit more freedom of movement, I think, before it opens. Once you are in an area open to guests, you are back to having to ride single file, like ducks in a row.

It is a wonderful tour - enjoy!

Thanks again! I think the 8:30 tour sounds perfect!
