OK

I am really interested in doing this, and my boyfriend really wants a go on one,

the thing is I have been doing weight watches for three months and I have lost 4 stone 1 pound. and I am still 16 punds over the 250 weight limit. Now I know I will be under that when I go (I mean losing 4 stone in three months is good) but should I book as soon as I can or just before I go

I am really proud of my weight loss, I have lost 5 inches off my waist and hip and 4 inch off my bust (thinking dueling dragons was a bit uncomfy last time)

I just need some advice, and some toning tips if anyone has any

Hi Anna

Sorry I have not got any tips...just wanted to say if you went ahead and booked it, this might give you something to make sure that you stick to your diet and get below the 250 mark:) Its a good way to keep on the right track.
Well done on losing so much weight.

My DH did this in December and he was worried as he is a chunky chap! Dont worry though, THEY DO NOT WEIGH YOU!! He was about 7llbs over and was panicking but no one even mentioned the weight limit. I think if you were WAY over they might, but if you can get within half a stone of the limit you will be absolutely fine!

Congrats on your weight loss so far, thats excellent!

DH reckons the Segway tour was the best thing he has ever done on holiday, so do try and do it if you can!

since the tour tends to fill up, you should book early.
However, keep in mind that you have to pay for it when you make your reservation. You have to cancel something like 48 hours in advance to get a refund on your credit card.

I dont know anything about the tour but congrats on the weight loss! That is fantastic, I wish I could lose 4 stone that quickly! :cheer2: :cheer2:

you might want to book or atleast call them for information of cancellation. I am not positive about it but when I booked for Segway Tour last April I think there was a 45 day before the said date cancellation process if you want a full refund. And It will be a good motivation too I think. Good Luck... And I envy you with your weight loss, I just don't have the will power to do it :sad2:

no, i think it's something like 48 hours in advance cancellation.
We're doing the tour (for the second time) next week. I made the reservations about 2 months ago and from what I recall she told me it's a 48 hour cancellation policy.
But when you make your reservations you can check that.

Also, for anyone who has APs, make sure you ask for the AP discount.
