We just took a trip in early June and also had difficulties with the segmented reservation. My advice is to NEVER throw away ANY keys or receipts. We never lost any of our snacks or dining, BUT we never knew which card would work. 
However, it did all eventually work out after many trips to the front desk. Good luck!!
