Where can one see the fireworks for Illuminations or wishes from a restaurant? I was hoping to make PS for some of them to watch while I ate, but I cannot find any information on Illuminations. Anybody know?
Thanks,
Jo

The best place to see Illumination while you eat are at the Rose and Crown and also Mexico Cantina.

Also in Epcot, Japan... as far as the MK...you can try CRT & Ohana's (at the Poly), but you will have to request a window view & hope you get it ..and at the right time of night...actually that goes for any of the resturants

We were at the Contemporary the other night and went out on their observation deck. It got a little crowded so we went up a flight of stairs there and sat by ourselves and had a great view. Granted we were sitting on the ground watching them. This is such a good place to see them if you have little ones afraid of the noise, you could hear them, but they were not loud.

I forgot to ask about fantasmic? Is there anywhere to view them in a restaurant?

For wishes try the Pizza fast food restaurant in Tomorrowland, great if you can get a table down at the front. Dont need to eat there to get a great seat.

There's no problem viewing Fantasmic but you'll need to go to the auditorium.

I'll second the Contemporary for Wishes. My DW and I were there in February and were lucky enough to see Wishes from our room. We didn't get to hear the sound, but the fireworks were fabulous.

We did notice that several of the other guest were at the observation deck and it sounded, faintly, that they were pumping the music in for the crowd.

The California Grille, located at the top of the Contemporary, would also be a very nice place to watch the show if you want the resturaunt atmosphere. We have been there to watch previous shows (not Wishes) and they turn down the lights and play the music. If you decide this sounds good to you, be sure to get a PS so that your dinner will coincide with the show. If in doubt it's better to arrive earlier, finish dinner, and kill time with dessert and coffee than make a PS late and get stuck waiting for a table. Be sure to request a window seat to see the show when making your PS.

Thanks everyone...
